No help with hooking the trailer up. Quote given by u haul on website was $79.00, the actual price charged was almost $122.00. There should not be that much of a difference from quoted price.

Excellent Customer Service! They were understanding about the length of our rig and our ability to park the empty auto trailer in the spot that would allow our rig to fit between the parking spot and the back of their building.

Travis JNothing wrong with Indian people just more difficult to understand and get good communication. The employee just asked for the key and said thank you. I asked is there any information or paperwork, he said he would email me my receipt. I think they should inspect it before you leave.

TERESA SI’m unsure, a new fee got added that was not explained called insurance coverage for $15 and the gentleman who did this said U-Haul put this on all vehicles automatically. I did not need this coverage. It should be optional. Also the vehicle was dirty with items in the cab and in the “haul” portion of the box truck. It was a very unpleasant experience and some type of compensation or communication from the company would be beneficial.
