The owner was not there. He had the cashier at the gas station process everything but he did everything over the phone. It was very stressful. The woman tried to help. We give her at least 4 stars! We believe that it was very unprofessional of them to do it over the phone and not have somebody there to do it in person.
REX PLocation was fine but it was challenging to understand the person completing the process
amber RI went into the gas station and the cashier had to call a guy that was in charge of it. I had to talk over her personal phone to him. He should have been there in person. The unit was dirty inside. Just a bad experience overall.
