Employee did not know how to hook up trailer. I had to hook up trailer to my truck. This is unacceptable do to liability and safety.. I will be filing a complaint

At the time that I reserved the truck, twice with different people at the local store, I confirmed that the truck would be at my local store on the day of our move. When I got there on Saturday/rental day, to pick up the truck they didn't have the truck. This caused a lot of stress because of all the moving parts & people we were coordinating and then loss of time. We hired two helpers who were standing idol until we were able to get to the moving location. The store manager did locate a truck for us but it was down the road a bit at Triple R Express, 2217 W Franklin St, Elkhart, IN 46516 - a gas station. After that, we got on our way and the truck had less than 1/4 of a tank of gas so we had to stop and get gas on our way out rather than on the return so we were further delayed to meet the hired help. I would like to receive compensation for all these inconveniencies and the cost to have two workers sit idol for about 1/2 an hour, each.

CHRISTINA FThe truck was gross, inside the cab and the back. I reserved a appliance dolly and they said they only had an utility dolly. The people were most unhelpful with the check in and check out process. We had to walk the entire parking lot look for which truck we were assigned. It was clear in the back behind the gas station. NEVER AGAIN.
