I went into the gas station and the cashier had to call a guy that was in charge of it. I had to talk over her personal phone to him. He should have been there in person. The unit was dirty inside. Just a bad experience overall.

CYNTHIA WEverything was great but I couldn't believe that I was charged $1 a mile for being 6 miles over the 109 given.
Anthony KActually make sure reservations are ready when they say they guarantee pickup and not change locations 3 times day of and then make you book a larger truck than not adjust the price for it after you say you will do so. This is U-Haul specific not the location the owner of the location tried to help as best he could.
Jamie CWas able to drop equipment off and had no interaction with Uhaul rep. Was all handled with phone app. Great experience.
