Everything was great but I couldn't believe that I was charged $1 a mile for being 6 miles over the 109 given.

Actually make sure reservations are ready when they say they guarantee pickup and not change locations 3 times day of and then make you book a larger truck than not adjust the price for it after you say you will do so. This is U-Haul specific not the location the owner of the location tried to help as best he could.

Juan FThe guy running the gas station I picked it up from told me he was outside when he called me. I told him I was almost there. When I got there he was in Indianapolis and I was forced to talk to him through a workers speaker phone. It was a terrible experience. I did apologize to the worker for my attitude and she was okay with it. But it was not professional at all. I only work with U-Haul locations but was forced elsewhere due to them not having the truck I wanted at their location. And I paid more than what I originally was quoted without being told what it was for and had to do a deep dive later to figure it out.
