The rep from Triple R Express was not able to meet me until after 10:00 AM. Ian Roberts, the U Haul zone manager met me and handled all of the details and got me on my way. Ian Roberts is a rock star employee and went above and beyond making my first rental experience AWESOME!!! Sticky residue and liquid in cup holders, nice otherwise
JORDAN LNo help with hooking the trailer up. Quote given by u haul on website was $79.00, the actual price charged was almost $122.00. There should not be that much of a difference from quoted price.
WILLIAM LExcellent Customer Service! They were understanding about the length of our rig and our ability to park the empty auto trailer in the spot that would allow our rig to fit between the parking spot and the back of their building.
