I rented the Van from Muncie to North Vernon and I used it be Highway through Indianapolis. I paid 200 plus for the rental only for me to see and extra 51 dollars charge on my account the next day claiming extra mileage. Meanwhile, they didn’t discuss anything like “mileage allowed” with me when I was picking it up. I called the drop off location, because they chanrged me the extra money, but the agent who answered was rude and told me to call 1800.UHALL to help me. Poor service! Not recommended

FRANK CLot was closed during return, parking lot was full other than in the back . Parking lot up front is on a angle not ideal for dropping trailer ,had to drop trailer in the back and find rock to chock trailer. Did the best I could with what I had.
