WILLIAM MI can’t really think of anything to improve upon, but I can say the woman that I worked with renting the truck and the same woman who I worked with after returning the truck was fantastic! She was professional, helpful, courteous, nice, and funny. Couldn’t have dealt with anybody better.

DOUGLAS HTruck is in great condition. App took a little time to get used to (uploading my license multiple times was a bit of a pain), but since then, extending my rental, making a new reservation, etc., has been easy. I've used Enterprise (I owned a trucking company), for years but this beats that experience every time. Great job Uhaul for jumping ahead of the pack.

RANDY RWe had so many issues as it was all mobile and there was no one at the location to help us. We got the truck almost 2 hours late due to issues with the mobile setup. Then when returning the lock didn’t lock and we couldn’t lock the truck. I won’t be using that location we used again.

TATIANA HThey charged me $25 for picking the best location to park the truck that I could think of in their tiny parking lot. The person who called me to inform me of an Additional charge was rude and said they know their parking lot so well and better. Told me I should have left the truck in the handicapped spot. I’m not handicapped. The parking lot is small, with 6 parking spots 3 each an enter lane with a middle divider between the exit lane. On one side the 3 were taken, on the other side a Tesla was parked in the middle, so if I would have backed in I would have hit them. They told me there were other places to park but another U-Haul was parked there. I do not agree with the $25 in the slightest. I did park in front of a gate, but I thought there was two as I actively saw people exit and not use the tiny one thinking it was a spare. I made it so all traffic could move freely. The guy I spoke to on the phone would get 0 stars and needs to learn customer service and how to talk to people even if they are in the wrong the guy escalated my mood vs making me feel understood. If your customer service scores are lacking look into that guy cause that was miserable.

Anna DHave someone available. I made the appointment for 10am. The site was supposed to be open at 9am. Test the door was locked and no one was available. I called the number on the door and left a message and had to call again a few minutes later before I got an answer.

DEAN BMy negative reviews have to do with the pickup. I reserved it for 8:30 AM. When I got there the signs on the door said 9 o’clock before they opened. When I contacted U-Haul, they confirmed that that location had not properly arranged the pick up and I would not be able to get the vehicle until 915. As it turns out there was an employee there sitting in her car before I got there, but apparently she was not allowed to open early to let me get the vehicle. She was very helpful, but I feel she was held back by the owner of the location not allowing her to clock in early so I can get the vehicle I had reserved for 8:30 AM. That meant those that were helping load It had to wait till I got there with nothing to do for 45 minutes.
Kenneth C“Safe move” charge was slipped and never discussed. Price was never mentioned and it was assumed that I wanted it. I saw it but had to leave thinking I’d talk to them upon returning the truck. I came back and the office was locked only to find out that the employee was in her car back away tucked in the corner. She didn’t even advise me that she was on her break. She informed me to lock the keys in the truck and the invoice was to be emailed. I wanted to verify the costs and pricing but the agent wouldn’t open the door nor discuss the charges. I never acknowledged or wanted the $14 “safe move”. I contacted the store numerous times and left a couple of messages. No one answered my calls. I expect a refund of the fees I didn’t approve off, otherwise, I’m going to dispute the charge.
Talal HClarify on Uhaul.com that this location requires equipment drop-off by 4:00 PM. The website shows 6:00 PM and I wasn't notified until the morning of pickup triggering an extra day of charges for me. Other than the early drop-off, the equipment was clean, well-maintained, and staff was very friendly. Just understand that this location has limited hours.

Shelby NI have rented many trucks over the years, and the actual trucks themselves are all pretty much the same. Where the real difference shows up, is the service you receive where you rent your truck This last rental experience with Trojan Storage of Rocklin was, for lack of a better term, outstanding! They were very pleasant, knowledgeable, and extremely helpful. The pickup/dropoff experience was one of the easiest and painless processes ever. If you are need of a rental truck, you owe it to yourself to give Trojan Storage of Rocklin a try. You will not be disappointed.

David SU-haul online rental changed my pick-up location, I was suppose to pick-up in Lincoln. Then the phone number listed for the above mentioned Trojan Storage is incorrect so I spent 1 hour trying to figure out who had my rental. 1 hour that I paid for a moving company to sit doing nothing at the moving location. Then I had to pay extra miles from picking the truck up in a different town. U-haul did discount the mileage fee but that didn't make up for paying 3 movers for an hour of time that they had to wait. So I didn't get everything needed moved because they had another job to get too. I will never recommend U-haul to anyone ever! Especially hearing from the moving company and others this is a common occurrence for them to just change everything online without notifying you. I had plenty of time from the original request to find another truck in town if they would have notified me immediately. Plus the location I rented from doesn't even exist. U-haul has been notified numerous times about the wrong phone number on Trojan Storage they have listed and still hasn't changed it. Trojan Storage was amazing though, and I can't recommend the above and beyond customer service the office gals displayed.

Michael RPrice charged was significantly higher than the confirmed quote/reservation on the uHaul website. Took multiple emails and reminders to get the over-charge back. This doesn't seem to be the issue of this location, but rather uHaul corporate.
Johann GVehicle cleanliness was excellent however there were two significant maintenance issues. The dome lightbulb in the cargo area was burned out! This is a critical part of being able to load/unload after dark, very disappointing. Also, the wiper blades needed replacement. Again, critical while traveling through snow/rain the entire second day.
