The staff at the front counter was friendly, helpful, and courteous. The truck cab was dirty - crumbs and food debris in cup holders and on floor. It was not distgusting but it was not clean . The day I went to return the truck, the shop was closed due to illness, which is understandable as stuff happens. What was annoying is that the 1-800-go uhaul number directs you to another number and that directs you to use the App or create an account to log into in order to return the vehicle. Here is the deal: I DO NOT WANT AN APP. I DO NOT WANT TO CREATE AN ACCOUNT. I want to do business with a real person not and AI chatbot. There needs to be a law that consumers have the right and easy access to a living human being. Just because I am computer literate and have a smart phone doesn't mean I want an APP and username/password for everything I do. Lots of other people feel the same way. Thank you

JAY BDon’t charge the customer just because you can. look into their claim and if it’s true do not charge them especially when they are a returning customer will no previous history of returning trucks with less fuel than agreed. No communication from location
