Aurora WThe software was down. I had to go to another location to get the code to unlock the back of the truck to get the key. Sara Thorn, was extremely helpful in getting my urgent situation taken care of. Software had crashed at this location as well. Sara did a great job at using a backup system. I would highly recommend promoting Sara to regional director, I would highly recommend fixing your technology infrastructure as this is the second time I’ve encountered problems like this. It is very stressful on your team to have to go through this frequently. I hope you’re paying for their health insurance. Sara Thorn at the 111 Willis rd Roseville calif prevented a 2 hour delay into becoming a disaster. Please thank her for me.
