denigua lOriginal return when I did online reservation was for a double D's repair because we weren't traveling to Clermont. We were given two locations and couldn't find the drop off for one and 2nd address the place didn't open up until 12.. with all this made the return 20-30 minutes late because we had to hunt for a place to return our truck. Went to this location Tropical after getting help from uhual storage that was too full to take the truck.. but got charged the extra minutes .. I know all that is protocol but doesn't seem fair to charge us extra if the addresses online are not up to par and made returning difficult.

LAFREIDA MTruck had no back up lights. Rear driver side tire almost flat. Truck was old. There were new trucks in better condition. MGMT. Did nothing to check out vehicle before we took it out I Demand an Adjustment on this bill, if not a full refund. We could have been KILLED driving with no LIGHTS. Bad MGR

KIMBERLEY PU-Haul truck left running okay. No warning lights on then on way to new home check engine light came on. It ran bad and oil hot. I was afraid to stop to top off gas and I was still charged. Attendant said he would note the acct.
