The cabin needs cleaning and the strings is bad driving the unit was all over the place over at 45 miles overall the staff was friendly

LAYLA MNo place to leave your vehicle except street parking. Final checkout was a little slow. One man shop, but he was working as best as possible. Just allow time, not like a full Uhaul store.

Laquana HIf I could give this review a negative it’ll be negative 50 stars. I arrived to pick up the Uhaul around 6:40pm. The truck was dirty with debris when we got it!! The representative was very unprofessional first told me only $100 deposit then cancelled my online reservation to start a new one once he did that the deposit changed to $160 I paid cash. He Told me to have the truck back by 8:00pm the next day (Me thinking there was a grace period for return). Thinking I had extra time I come back at 7:50pm to return the truck but gas level wasn’t exactly where it was supposed to be so I leave to get gas and come back around 8:06pm. The representative then tells me I’m only getting back $29 I question why when the rental was only charging $73 for the day. He then tells me I would be getting charged for another full day for the truck rental because my leave time was 6:40 I questioned why being that he had told me to return the truck at 8:00 had I known that I would have had the truck back at 640. The representative became upset and continued to say “well you have a receipt it states the time on the receipt” there’s nothing more I can do to help you. As I’m leaving the location the rental amounts with the change I’ve received from him doesn’t add up at all… If I was charged a deposit of $160 and the rental for one day is $73 that leave $87 in which the representative told me they were charging me $83 for the second day but he gave me change of $29??? I’m so confused and feel like he is a scam that has pocketed my money!! I want a refund of the amount that’s owed to me which is $87. I will be seeking legal counsel if this issue is not resolved!

BRENDA GI want to give a shout out to the two ladies that worked the day i was there. They handled everything of mine with kid gloves and destressed me to the max. In the past, there was always something wrong with the experience, that i counld have written a coffee table book of the horrors. But this time, every little problem was fixed and i was so thankful for their help. Alexandra and Kelly were the best every!!!! Uhaul are very lucky to have you.

I didn’t realize that when I was called on May 28th to see if I would be willing to take a 5 X 8 instead of a 4 X 8 because there wasn’t a 4X8 in the area when I said yes I would that the changed the location for the pickup. When I got there he told me that I was supposed to pick it up at a different location but, since they had one there he got me set up to take it so I wouldn’t have to go to the other location. I was very appreciative of that.
SHELLEY WCheck engine light was on but I didn't notice till got to my initial start location. If I would have noticed before would have requested different vehicle. They were very freindly.

EMILIO MI initially rented at another location. When I arrived there I was asked if I received a call from uHaul . The vehicle I rented was out of service as the keys were locked inside. I never received that notification. I spent time at that site and then moved to a different dealer. I was renting to support a neighborhood food drive. Your communication failures affected the start of the food drive.
Bernie BDon’t add extra charge and services fee without asking I denied the insurance at the time of reservation on purpose because I didn’t want it and I didn’t need it but I was charged anyway I noticed when I arrived to Indiana
