The gentleman that helped wasn’t the most understanding. I ordered at utility dolly but he give me an application dolly and rudely said that’s all they and to take it leave “This dolly cost more than the one you ordered, you should be upset.” The dolly would not be able to complete the task I needed a dolly for. After again telling me to take it leave I took the appliance dolly. I left without making a scene. I went home to start moving, I then called U-Haul customer support and they told me the gentleman at the location I picked up my truck should have directed me to a U-Haul close to his location to get the dolly I paid. I then had to travel to another U-Haul to pick up the utility dolly from another location. Customer support was great! The gentleman at the location I went to wasn’t great.
