Nothing that I can think of for improvement. I had such a positive experience with a gentleman who took care of me. I wish I was able to remember his name (Ricardo S.?). Wanted to definitely sing the praises on how he was able to accommodate and help me obtain my truck. The process went smooth and quick. Give Ricardo S. a raise because his customer service was phenomenal.
