The trailer I picked up had a bad tire on it. Looked like it was a re-tread. It separated in Georgia and it took 3 hours off my time and cost me more money because I missed dinner at the hotel. The whole thing was not good ! ! !
John HPick up and drop off were extremely easy. Everything was ready and both gentlemen that assisted me were helpful and kind. No notes.
Jane TThe person that was in charge, was very respectful, knowledgeable, professional and courteous. I was treated as a friend and felt very comfortable and at ease. Definitely, exceeded my expectations. However, the truck little signs tell you to sweep and clean the truck before returned. The truck that I rented had not been cleaned.
