Location is sketchy and I wouldn't feel safe at night for a drop off, but the employee was nice and helpful. It's hard for me to recommend the location, but I personally had a good experience.
Irving VThey delivered the vehicle to me without gas. When I got in, it said 50 miles and it was on reserve. I went to the gas station and filled it up, and when I returned it to the store, it wasn't on reserve, meaning it had more gas than when I received it. In addition to this, the vehicle was dirty, and when they charged me, they charged me a $35 gas fee, a $30 fee for returning it with less gas (which is false), and a $25 cleaning fee (even though it was dirty when I received it). It's a complete rip-off and theft.
