The truck had sticky, dried liquid in the cup holders, the floor was covered in dried mud, there were cardboard drink caddies and paper cups thrown behind the seats and the complete front exterior was covered in bugs. The truck was disgusting! I e-mailed the corporate address about the condition of their equipment and of course, I did not receive ANY acknowledgement or reply from them.ROBERT K.
Double billing of my initial 57.71and deceptive practices, including fuel charge of 30 dollars for 12 miles travelled in 15 foot van. This is not my first time using uhaul but it will be my last time. They kept submitting the over charges to my credit card until it went thru over my limit.DAVID J.

Everything was amazing! Emily was super helpful and was the only friendly face I had seen in 3 days. Her customer service skills are top tier. she kept a smile on her face and greeted every customer with kindness and excitement. She helped answer every question I had and made everything clear and concise while explaining! She deserves the biggest raise!!!! She gave me all of the information that I needed and got to know me as a person! She gave me life advice and told me that I am doing a great job. The staff on duty, Emily and a gentleman whose name escapes me, was amazing. I had locked my keys to my car in the rental and did not realize it until after I had dropped my keys off in the after hours box. When I called first thing this morning, Emily already I had seen my keys and had them inside and was about to call me. I had a question about the cleaning fee, To which Emily had resolved already. Rental Van was in poor repair shift selection lever was loose in need of repair, steering was loose and in need of repair, wiper blades dried out and needed to be replaced and windshield was filthy from previous rental. All staff and the general manager were excellent. Emily was particularly thorough, resourceful, and courteous on the telephone and in person. All staff wore masks, social distanced, and followed strict pandemic procedures. I sincerely appreciate the understanding and accommodation when I injured my knee (not on or in conjunction with the truck) and had to extend my rental period by several days. I had to drive 20 miles out of my way to pick up truck. No problem. Gas gauge was slightly below half, Uhaul called it half. No problem. Cargo area not swept. I filled gas tank to slightly over half. I drove a straight line from pick up to drop off and got billed 19.1 off route miles. It's not a lot, but still not accurate. Like almost all rental trucks, it stunk of cigarettes. I turned in truck 16 hours early. Last Uhaul I rented was a good experience. This one not quite the worst. Dan 941-586-9703.Daniel J.

What you can do is keep that young lady employed that was there when I picked up and took back my rental truck she is the most personable sweetest professional courteous person I've ever dealt with that was in your industry. Keep that in mind. This is coming from a guy with 40 years business experience. Keep that in mind. Hold on To her. Matter fact give her a raise. And no I'm not related to her lol. The person checking the truck tried to dispute the gas gauge upon return. We have pictures of Exactly same 3/4 full needle location at pick up and drop off. That's unacceptable and poor business practice. The mobile option didn't work to get key, and required us to enter office, taking more time. Emily was helpful on phone previous day, but that didn't help day of. Truck was fine, though did document broken door handle. Additionally, different location the contact person was no help whatsoever didn't answer phone, didn't properly answer text, and gave me runaround to call corporate.
