I was so pleasantly surprised by the entire experience. It was unlike any previous experience I’ve had with Uhaul and years gone by where the trucks were old needed repair were loud and noisy sometimes air-conditioned that didn’t work well The personnel at the beginning renal establishment was smart, kind gracious, as was the personnel at the drop off location, the truck ran like a dream!

Didn't help at all. Acted annoyed that I was there and didnt park where he wanted. Reparked it where he asked. Unhooked it myself with no help. Then a week later im threatened by u haul saying I didnt return trailer yet? After calling several times they fixed the error but tried to bill me for extra days. Had to call again to get that credited because I dropped it on time middday.
WILLIAM RInside a trailer was filthy had to wait for them to clean it out. Why don't they check for clean when the trailer is returned. I have to stand around and wait for them to clean it my time is valuable also
