The person checking the truck tried to dispute the gas gauge upon return. We have pictures of Exactly same 3/4 full needle location at pick up and drop off. That's unacceptable and poor business practice. The mobile option didn't work to get key, and required us to enter office, taking more time. Emily was helpful on phone previous day, but that didn't help day of. Truck was fine, though did document broken door handle. Additionally, different location the contact person was no help whatsoever didn't answer phone, didn't properly answer text, and gave me runaround to call corporate. Sunoco in Oldsmar, Steve.

The blinker lights are backwards. When you click to turn right the opposite light blinks.

Trailor swung off hitch after I loaded it. Only thing that saved the trailer was the chains. The assembly was completely corroded and didn't hook up properly so I got pulled over by a trooper...good grief! PENSKY FROM NOW ON DR. robert Shelton Clearwater Fl 612-703-5503

Friendly and curious very Helpful I only rented a larger unit because we out grew the one we had . They had one on the same row so my wife and I rented a small truck so we didn't have to walk it down to the new storage shed we used it about 2 hours and returned it I recommend them and have in the past also the manager was great to deal with

The guy in charge was very rude to me when I told him I had an exemption for mask wearing. He wouldn't let me in and I had to ask him to at least let me do what needed to be done outside. When he finished he put the keys in the ignition and walked away. Not so much as a "thank you for your business". He asked me for a doctors note which according to the ADA I do not need to provide. He should also know that refusal of service could result in a $75k federal fine from the ADA. What I experienced with him was flat out discrimination. He is a disgrace.

Hands down the best customer service I've ever received! Dante, at Tropicana Mini Storage was professional and efficient with everything we needed, and handled a last minute change early in the morning with enthusiasm. Would recommend anyone to this location, and will continue rent from Dante! Give the man a raise!

My only complaint is that my pick up location was changed and I did not receive any notice that it had been moved to a new location. Went to the original location and wasted 30 minutes looking for our truck only to be told we were at the wrong location.

The manager Domonte (spelling?) was extremely professional and helpful. My daughter and I were traveling on the road, and he handled our reservation over the phone. Then, I was delayed and had to push the pickup time back. Again, the manager's reaction was nothing but helpful. When we arrived at the rental facility, he: reviewed the contract; walked us out to the truck and showed us where the drop box was located, and even started the truck for us. Then I called to see if we could keep the truck longer if needed. Again his reaction was calm and helpful. I was extremely impressed by the level of security the business used. When I went in the office, I saw numerous video feeds. He explained that they had numerous cameras running 24-7. I felt safe leaving my car there while I was on the road. When I brought the truck back, by myself, around 10:00pm, the facility and parking lot were both well lighted, and unobstructed. I felt totally safe returning the truck alone, at night. To top it all off, the next day I called and asked him if I had perhaps left my computer charger in the truck. He was so nice. He went out to look, and called me back to let me know that it was not there. This extra mile was not expected, but was certainly appreciated. I will definitely use Tropicana Mini Storage in Clearwater, FL for my U-Haul needs in the future. Best Regards,. Jo Cox
