You switched me from the Uhaul on Curlew to the Tropicana location and told me I was good to pick up at 8 am - they don’t open until 9 am. Someone from Uhaul pulled in at 8:20 and made it happen for me! Bad communication! I almost did t have a truck for my 9 am loadin! Poor communication!

JOHN HI was so pleasantly surprised by the entire experience. It was unlike any previous experience I’ve had with Uhaul and years gone by where the trucks were old needed repair were loud and noisy sometimes air-conditioned that didn’t work well The personnel at the beginning renal establishment was smart, kind gracious, as was the personnel at the drop off location, the truck ran like a dream!
