I scheduled my appointment to pick up the truck at 9:30am. The store hours say they open at 9am. I arrived at 9:20a to get paperwork started. The female employee did not show up until after 9:40am making me wait in the Florida sun for 20min with my nephew and father. She had no remorse or sympathy for being late at all. I even noticed on my email that my appointment time was updated by someone on the backend to 9:45am when I received confirmation the night before for 9:30am. She did not provide great customer service whatsoever. She also assigned me a truck that was dirty and I had to get the maintenance man to clean it out before I left the lot.
