veronica rThe lot where the trailer was parked was muddy and sloppy to work in as I had to inspect it and walk around it. The trailer was covered with dirt, there was trash in the trailer as if someone had been using it for shelter. There was no offer to clean the trailer, so I asked to use his car wash, to which he hesitantly agreed. So instead of cleaning it for me, I washed it inside and out. The tires were aired up - and the electrical connection worked - so that was good. I would expect UHAUL to provide $50 refund for this extra hassle.

Les MI left almost on an empty tank (no one refueled a quarter), the windshield was dirty from the inside, only the seats were clean.

MOHAMMED Nthe truck itself worked fine mechanically, the lack of proper winter-ready tires created a serious inconvenience, and the fuel billing was frustrating and confusing. I’d only recommend using U-Haul if you double-check the tire condition and fully understand their fuel policy — otherwise, you might end up dealing with unnecessary hassle.

MUHAMMAD ISince didn't have a chance to rent a Cart and dolly for moving items at Crossfield, Alberta. Needed to rent from Winnipeg nearby location. Returning location and cart, Dolly rental locations were separate, so made separate trips to collect and return them which was very inconvenient.
UMESH PI had an excellent experience renting from this location. The attentiveness and customer care was simply outstanding. Truly so grateful for the service.

Brian MI enjoyed driving the newer van. There was some food on the floor when I picked it up. And the oil change indicator came on each time I started the vehicle. The staff at True Blue were friendly and prompt on pick up and drop off, as always.
Andrew TMaybe when a customer comes in a books an appointment and you say everything is ready to go and my appointment is booked you would honour that. I came in on Friday afternoon around 430pm and booked a 15 foot truck. They seemed very preoccupied and talking to eachother, between serving me in another language, but they took down my number and told me to come the next day with credit card and ID. I made a purchase of wrapping paper while I was there which you can cross reference. When I showed up the next day, the guy at the front said there was no booking and I had to settle for the 10 foot truck and do multiple trips. Apparently you guys can’t give me a discount for your mess up? I didn’t finish moving until 3am on Saturday because I had to make multiple trips. Never coming to this U-Haul again and wish you guys had more competitors because I’d go to them based on this experience

AHMAD NAlthough I have rented a car 2-3 times but the charges are vague and very high. The billing is not clear. And the staff is very unwelcoming and robotic. I will prefer the Home Depot for my. Future needs.

CODY BThe people working there are great. They are very helpful. The truck had several warning indicators, but worked well. Picking up and dropping off was easy and convenient. It would be nice to get an electronic receipt as an email attachment instead of going on line to a website. The way the receipt is displayed is not accessible to assistive screen reading software.

KATHLEEN NBad front desk and bad trucks, the first truck I got had a broken parking brake, engine light and tire pressure light were on, dirty seats and cup holders, gas cap was missing and there was some plastic bags to stuff the gas hole instead. I couldn’t believe that was the truck U-hual was leasing to me. I talked with the front desk guy and he was very rude and impatient, he changed another truck for me but the only difference between those two trucks was that the second one had a gas cap, other than that, everything was the same. I was in a hurry so I had to accept it, but I promise you I will never use u-hual again in Winnipeg, U-hual in Vancouver is much normal. I would rather hire a moving company to do the thing and pay them twice or third times and it would be still worth it. Never use U-hual anymore in Winnipeg.
