lovely staff was able to lend a dolly to fulfill my order. great team. only concern was that they did not pick up the phone after calling for over an hour
veronica rThe lot where the trailer was parked was muddy and sloppy to work in as I had to inspect it and walk around it. The trailer was covered with dirt, there was trash in the trailer as if someone had been using it for shelter. There was no offer to clean the trailer, so I asked to use his car wash, to which he hesitantly agreed. So instead of cleaning it for me, I washed it inside and out. The tires were aired up - and the electrical connection worked - so that was good. I would expect UHAUL to provide $50 refund for this extra hassle.
