Absolutely good job
Bencollins I9' van was excellent. Clean, newer model. No issues.
Michael GThe trailer had been damaged at the rear door with a hole through the door. It was noted when picked up, the attendant hooking up the trailer had to pull it off another trailer that caused the damage to the door. Since it was just a local trip only need the trailer for a couple hours I didn’t mind it.
Martha BThe passwnger seat belt wouldn't lock securely,so my wife was worried the entire trip. I was told they were aware of this issue,but there isn't enough maintenance and repairs being performed. Also I was charged more than my bill stated. The employee wasn't up front with rhese overcharged. I was just told Id be relieving an email. I think rhats kind of shady and cowardly not to mention any extra charges amd instead sending it to me Via email so I was not given the opportunity to dispute said charges and or question them in person.
