They provided me damaged equipment and claimed that I am responsible for the damage. The damage on the tire is fully visible as wear and tear, it was very dangerous to be on the road with a vehicle tire that was that bad.
MERIT OKind of hard to find the location as it is located at the back of the mall where Napa parts is in.

jadwiga wYoung guy (very nice/friendly but too busy) trying to run a massive multiple bay wand car wash. Was able to find truck, he pointed out car carrier in bushes buried in the weeds (extremely tight location with really no room for trucks, especially w inexperienced drivers renting them. Had to figure out how to turn around in extremely tight quarters. He did help guide me to the trailer and helped hook it up. Got home with the truck and discovered there were no blankets (had reserved 12) and no handcart (reserved 1). Called the place back and they said contract was closed and to tell them at return location and that I wouldn't be charged. Pretty sure that is improper procedure. Anyway, there is no way this place should be renting trucks to the public terrible scary experience.

toluwani oGuy at pick up went above and beyond helping me put on ball hitch, connecting trailer, backing out for me! Unfortunately, the website needs lots of work. Please make clear that one can NOT choose their pick up site but only sites where other customers have dropped off the traiker one wants. And one can not find out that location until just before the trailer is needed. Could be right where one wants it and could also be hours away. Getting the required hitch from uhaul also prohibitive due to shipping costs. Also not all pick up sites even have someone there that can help, sometimes the only one there is a kid pumping gas. Cost was great tho.

Oluwatosin SYou are claiming I didn’t return a fridge Dolly which I put back where I found it. No one came out to check the trailer or the Dolly when I dropped them off. And you are charging my credit card for this. I will be contacting visa to let them know it is a fraudulent charge on my card.

ANTONIO AWhen I picked up my rental, I confirmed with the young man that I would be returning at 1:00p.m. the next day. He abruptly brushed me off and said "yeah yeah yeah". When I left, I received confirmation email/text that my rental was due 8:30 a.m. the next day which would not work out as I booked for 1:00 p.m. given my move in time was 9:00 a.m. I tried calling and someone answered the phone and then immediately hung up. I called 7 more times and no one answered despite I was calling within business hours. I tried the Uhaul chat which was useless as no one answered despite my "wait time was 1 min". I called and spoke to Dawn of UHaul who sent a text message to the GM of True Blue to indicate I would need the rental until 1p.m. As I was in the process of moving, I received a call from staff at True Blue indicating my return was due at 8:30 a.m. and they needed it immediately. They indicated no one called or left them a message. The uhaul was returned shortly after 10:00 a.m. This is a complete lack of service. It all started with the counter staff being rude and not confirming my need for the rental until 1p.m. Do better UHaul.

DESMOND OThe only issue I had was with the fact that one way rentals are not guaranteed until the day before you need the equipment. I did a load share that helped to offset the cost.

KELLY K#1 76638347 - Initial trailer (RT6430A) was too small - returned it within 30 minutes. #2 76638347 - so we upgraded to the larger trailer (HO1708N) #3 77116047 - Rented the same larger trailer again (HO1708N) Asked about the credit/refund on the initial rental #1. Manager said it takes 2 weeks for credit/refund. One month later I am still waiting for correction. Not impressed.
