I was charged an extra 15 dollars for insurance when I did not ask for it. When I recieved my bill via email, I called the location and told her we never discussed insurance. She gave me the number to the call centre, who then referred me to their supervisor. Basically got the run around. Would like my 15 dollars back.

They charge me 440 $ for something I did not do and without any prouf, this is not fair. I will share this on social media. it's not fair. unfortunately, I will not recommend to anybody to deal with Uhaul.

I was charged twice for my rental. I wanted to pay at site once finished with the unit using a different method of payment than the credit card on file. So I payed at site but now I also have charges on my credit card which equal more than I was owing in the first place. I didn't think paying for a unit would cause issues.

Inside of the truck obviously had not been cleaned, which means that it had not been propery sanitized according to COVID19 health guidelines. Everything inside the truck cab should have been properly sanitized

I didn't check to make sure the miles were accurate. Grabbed a picture of the dashboard but misses the km and only got the fuel level. I returned the truck filled to the exact same as I got it. Turns out the gas on the paper and milage was wrong! I drove 20-22 miles and was billed for 47 and charged for the gas as well. Pretty lame way to make a few extra dollars. I notified them when they processed it and they said they would deal with it. I guess dealing with it just means billing me anyways.

I rented the vehicle for 2 hours But paid for 24hrs when I brought the car at 5pm instead of 4pm they made me paid for another day and also double the insurance even though I would not have the car for another day. I am complaining to the BBB. Very predatory approach to customer service.

Tires on truck were bald and front right wiper blade was missing. Winter driving was the scariest and I was only driving 50 km/hr. Will never rent from u haul again if I don't have too.

the van i booked was in poor condition. The tires were summer tires and one tire was so underinflated the dashboard warned me it needed servicing. the person at the desk told me not to worry, but i got stuck in a small amount of snow twice - even though other vehicles around me had no trouble - and had to have people push me out. i had trouble making it out of the u-haul parking lot and the woman at the counter continued to tell me it was not a problem. This van - with Arizona plates - should never have been rented out without being serviced. I have rented vans and trucks from Enterprise and Avis and have never had problems with vehicles in poor condition

I had reserved a 10' truck at another location as it would suit my needs. The truck wasn't dropped off when I arrived for pickup. I called uhaul central and there was only a cargo van available at the true blue location. I was offered a 50$ guaranteed reservation, which was not reflected on my bill. The cargo van made the move difficult as the large items I have didn't fit the way I anticipated making the move take longer. I won't ever use uhaul again or recommend this company. I'll pay the extra at some other place to ensure my reservation is met.

Very poor experience with Uhaul. We asked for a truck to move a one bedroom apartment and we were given a van. Made the moving day very stressful. We had asked for a dolly and did not get. Wanted to pick up at Nairn location and was called to pick up in a bad area of the city. We ended up at pembina hwy location which is not clearly marked and difficult to find. Bad day that is for sure!

Location overall was as expected, I did however request pickup from the Regent location (opposite end of the city) and was disappointed that this was changed without me being called or asked and when I requested to pickup at the location requested I was told I'd have to call and re-book.

the employee did not know how to unhook the rented trailer from my vehicles hitch we had to figure it out ourselves totally unprofessional. this location is located in a car wash so confusing and where they make you park your trailer is ridiculous not to mention this location smells like ASS I could not stand to be inside the closed off little uhaul section WE ALSO were supposed to get a deposit back debit the way we originally paid and they refused! saying they could only issue a check which is just more time of mine wasted.

The front tire sensor was apparently broken but nobody told us the front tire eventually started to have a slow leak we had to call a tow truck and the tow truck change the tire an hour later the sensor came back on when we called to inquire and get support and we found one of the representatives to be rude and impatient when we're in the store the other brepresentative was quite professional and understanding..but the rental experience was very negative. Original booking the vehicle was supposed to be picked up at the different location that was changed the day of the rental to the terminal location the Pembroke location was well below par we asked the owner contact us so we can switch our contract into commercial they never did call us back horrible experience never again. We rent multiple vehicles each month and we'll do whatever we can to make sure we avoid this location in the future

Equipment was not clean and looks like someone smoke marijuana in truck. Equipment was stinky. Driver side traffic mirror was flipping in wind so not able to look back for traffic in left lane. Very undafe for travel that equipment. Not expected this kind of service from uhaul.

Awful experience. The guy completely messed up my order then yelled at me for not having the truck back on time - the wrong time. Vehicle photos I was asked to confirm were of a completely different vehicle. The truck I received had a lot of cosmetic damage and smelled very very very strongly of marijuana.
