The vehicle I ordered was not operational. It was replaced with a larger vehicle which the ex picked up before I got back there in my car (he had done a U-turn in a 20 foot U-Haul truck). This 26’ truck had a 1/4 tank. He filled it with 3/4 tank of gas with my credit card, $140.00, before I considered renting from another location. I was not provided with documentation of the new truck. And the ex could not get the vehicle pickup app or link to work and just drove off the lot without alerting U-Haul staff (I’ve read other complaints about the U-Haul app). Interesting thing was, I paid for this rental with my credit card for my move out of here and the sadistic male ex was the one who was thanked when I was right there. That’s Texas for you. Especially the hill country where it’s all about cowboys who’ve never been on a horse. It’s a bunch of corny cartoon nonsense.

Double check the dolly is in the U-Haul!!! And I hay the tow trailer will not damage the vehicle!!!

I was supposed to be able to use the mobile app to pick up early (before store was open), had input payment method on the app, but the woman who took my reservation at the location, set it up for counter pickup—very annoying

Customize a vehicle transport trailer that’s lower to the ground . My vehicle was to low to load on the trailer had to leave it behind 1978 mercury cougar but everything worked out anyways
