Love this location, the people are nice. But the trailer leaked. Got water stains on a wood cabinet.

I don't have any recommended improvements to suggest. If anything, I would recommend that you take note of what's working well at this location and copy that to your other locations. The service here is really great, very easy and fast to get in and out which is much appreciated.

Amelia PThe worker at the location was kind of pushy in trying to get us to keep it longer. We rented a 5-8 utility trailer and when I asked what my return date for it was she would just say “whenever you bring it back, we’ll quit charging you for it”. I asked multiple times and she would just keep dodging the actual answer which was the following Monday. She then asked us a few questions and thought Monday was too early for our plans and pretty much strong armed me into booking it until the following day. I wouldn’t use this location again.
JACOB RI was informed over the phone I needed to download the app for my after hours pick up and it was suggested I watch a YouTube video about after hours pick up. I did and it turns out the process was not the same. I couldn't complete the process on the app, had to call customer service and they had me use the web site. Got all the way thru and was given a code to pick keys in bin 6 which did not exist. Mind you it's dark out all this time. My boyfriend finally was walking around the truck and figured out there was a special lock on the door we had to key the code into and we found the keys inside the back of the truck. No one said anything about this set up for picking up the keys. This process was VERY frustrating and took much longer than it should have. We also found the interior lights for the truck didn't work nor did the radio. Please tell agents to inform future customers about the pick up process and where to find keys.

MATTHEW JI'm afraid I don't recall the name of the lady I dealt with when I picked up the rental, but she was very easy and kind to deal with. That is a nice change of pace for someone that normally lives and deals with people in the Detroit Metro area. I would not hesitate to use this service again should the need arise.

TABITHA MI made the reservation through the app and input all my information, but when i got to the store they told me i needed my payment method. Im confused, and ill be looking for a double charge, but otherwise the rental process was quick and easy. The counter kid wasn’t overly chatty, but he was super friendly and helpful and efficient in trying to clear up my confusion on the card/payment information. I think the app could use a bit of an update for better user experience
jeffrey zRental went quick, smooth, and as easy peasy as someone could ask for. The young guy at the front counter helped a ton and answered all my questions along with some tips which was helpful. For the price, id gladly do that again anytime i have to move anything. Overall, U-Haul made a stressful moving day much more manageable. I highly recommend this services

David CIt seems like every time I rent a uhaul something bad happens. On Sunday I reserved a pick up truck at the bay road location. The agent over the phone says they have one and took my card info. Then right before she hangs up she says that a manager will call me in the morning and let me know when to pick it up. Next day I call U-Haul because nobody has called me. I was told they didn’t have a truck. And that they don’t know why anyone did. I was pretty upset about this as I reserved the truck with a credit card and was told one was available. The bay road location offered to comp me a box truck. But I really did not want that. I was only driving to Saginaw for the pick up truck. So then I call true value in bay city and reserve the a box truck since that was my ONLY option. The truck I was given had the interior torn apart and poorly put back together. There was no AC which was very disappointing. I ended up paying way more than I planned by having to use a box truck and it was hot and sticky the whole time. It was nice they offered me 10 cents off per mile but that doesn’t fix what happened.
Adam SThe customer service was excellent. I actually chose mobile pickup for the first time. I was impatient and went inside. The person working was so helpful and kind. Turns out had I just waited 2 minutes the mobile pickup would have worked.

It was my first time driving their 15” box truck and I had no issues at all (I didn’t drive far, under 50 miles in total). For my first time renting a truck to perform a do-it-yourself move to a new home, my experience was very pleasant overall. I would recommend this service to anyone. Don’t forget to rent carpet tarps and especially an appliance dolly.

james bThe van was maintained but very dusty in cab with candy wrapper behind seat plus I didn't get the reservation that I put in for I wanted 24 hours and got 7 hours. The whole reservation system is messed up plus I took it back cleaner than when I got it.
Robert MHad a great experience form start to finish. I rented a 5' x 8' trailer online. Upon arrival I was greeted and had a very friendly conversation at the front counter. They hooked me up and took the trailer off when I returned. It was my first trailer rental, and will not hesitate to return again as the need arises!
Michael UI filled the gas tank full and was charged a $10 gas fee. When I balled the clerk stated it was not full. I filled up the tank blocks from the location. I called to followup- i stated that I can show my gas receipt- sorry they can’t help me. The rental smelled like smoke.
Melody VCab was very dirty - I had to stop and buy wipes to clean up the inside of the door, esp. the armrests. The cab had not been vacuumed in a long time. The cost was extremely high imo and I will find other means to move things in the future. The location is terrible because it is on a busy corner.
