I do not know why I was charged a cleaning fee. I swept the back of the truck out as they asked. I feel like it was another way to nickle and dime me. Company makes more money. Not happy about that.
david J.The cab was dirty, the cup holders, the door compartments, the driver side door had something spilled down the inside, the floor had debris, the driver side visor is broken, so it hangs down, the dash board was very dusty, there were stains on the ceiling. I paid just over $200 to rent this and had to clean it so I didn't get hit with a cleaning fee, I have photos
