I found it ridiculous that someone couldn't tell me how to disconnect the trailer so i could use my truck for a few days before returning the trailer. So I googled it.

MATTHEW JI'm afraid I don't recall the name of the lady I dealt with when I picked up the rental, but she was very easy and kind to deal with. That is a nice change of pace for someone that normally lives and deals with people in the Detroit Metro area. I would not hesitate to use this service again should the need arise.
