After 3 separate rentals in a month, we are completely fed up with UHaul! Every time was a stressful experience. We reserved our vehicles, had follow up calls to confirm, and everything was wrong. Wrong place, wrong sizes, and driving out of our way to pick up and return. Sometimes passing multiple locations to get to our location for pick up!! The last vehicle had warning lights on and we were told, don’t worry it’s just the tire pressure sensors! REALLY?

Weekends are considered after hours when everybody needs the trucks on weekends.
George DStaff were nice but not very attentive for looking the truck over before leaving. Parking lot was undersized for a 26ft truck. Truck interior/exterior were very dirty like it had been sitting on the lot for awhile and forgotten about. Wouldn't recommend getting a Uhaul from here to anyone.
