Truck had not been swept out! Service person who checked me in so-so. I then had to go to another location and pick up the car carrier had to hook it up by ourselves checked the tail lights and turn signals no go!!!! Location 1074 N Eason Blvd. Your. Agent then asked up to hook the other trailer.! We did and hah no trailer lights. We then had to take it to a u haul center there in Tupelo and they made the necessary repairs. They were very professional and knew what they were doing. Then we drove home to begin the loading process after traveling an additional 75-80 miles from my reservation location
MIKE RThe customer service at the counter was good. From there you have to get their U-Haul app. This app is very intuitive, smooth and easy.
Julie PWhen I tried to pick up my truck, I chose to use the website. I could not upload photos, and I ended up having to go inside for help. It took much longer than I expected.
DAVID WFunny story, we ordered the 20’ truck and it was reserved before us so we ended up with the 26’. Which I was very nervous about. We ended up taking it and used every foot of space in the back. It worked out much better with the extra space.
