DANIEL NFor obvious reasons it was completely ridiculous that my reservation was changed twice, so instead of driving 1km away to pick up my truck, I was told to drive an hour away to the UNITED STATES and somehow get my car back ??? And I e hour before I was set to leave, and AFTER having had to make arrangements for .y friend and her 2 CHILDREN to help me out, I was told my reservation was CANCELLED and that I now had to drive 1.5 HOURS AWAY TO AN EVEN FURTHER REMOTE LOCATION!!!! not only that but AFTER everything was done I was then told that OH I was supposed to get a 26 foot truck to compensate me for my trouble but I did not get any compensation. This is garbage service and I think that uhaul should be shut down for lying to its customers. Sketchy, dishonest and fucking stressful for a single mom trying to get away from her ex. Of this had happened a year ago I probably would have thought suicide was a better/easier option than getting the runaround from you bunch of fucking clowns. I wish terrible things on all of the people managing this company and the idiots who told me that I had a "reservation " and who didn't give a shit about the trouble this has caused for me. All i had a reservation for was DISAPPOINTMENT.

Ian WWhen ordering a rental… I feel it is inappropriate to have the customer have to travel to a different location for a pick up. My rental was ordered to be picked up in Caribou Maine, the day before I was informed after 5 p.m. that it was not available in Caribou. I had to travel an hour one way to pick it up and an hour back. That was two hours out of my time. Your customer’s time is important to them and this was an inconvenience. I had no choice in the matter and this was what I needed to do. There should have been a compensation for this situation.

I WOULD recommend his garage to anyone needing assistance with their vehicles. Sadly, can't say I would recommend renting a UHAUL, even from his location. I just don't trust the company anymore.

Kristen HExcellent service and acceptance of trailer even when UHaul customer service said I had to drive over an hour away from my destination. Owner Jeff called UHaul and said he had room for the trailer.
Susanne MU-haul headquarters did not coordinate with the local u-haul pick-up business and rented out a box truck I reserved, causing me to scramble to figure out an alternative with less then 24 hours notice. The staff was also abrupt and a little rude when I went to pick up the trailer I had to rent instead of a box truck. If I hadn't had a friend that had a truck to pull the trailer, I wouldn't have been able to move as planned.
