24 hour drop-off is amazing, in the past getting to a drop off point during business hours can be painful in the future I will seek drop off points that feature 24 hour drop offs

Give me equipment that is in good shape. The truck should have been fixed prior to me driving it. My life was endangered and by uhaul just so you could get a truck closer to a service center. I feel very violated.

I was charged for 2 extra gallons of fuel even when I stopped to put fuel right before returning the U-Haul. I left the gas filled up the same amount I received it and what was required. Which was not a complete full tank.
