Yuki was amazing and fantastic with customer service. Helped setup tow dolly. However the truck rented was horrible. Had multiple issues along the way and had to call roadside assistance that delayed my whole trip

SUSAN B"Check Enging" light was on. I called roadside assistance about it. The cab was dirty. The console(?)/area for cups was sticky. The steering wheel was grimy. The lady who helped me, however, was very friendly.

Ken SI've rented from U-Haul for over 40 years. Today, I had to locate the trailer in the lot myself after your rep told me where to look. I'm 67 years old and had to lift the trailer tongue onto the ball by myself. I was instructed to pull the trailer to the office so that your rep could make sure I had hooked it up correctly. I have rented from other locations in Boise and they trailer is always ready and waiting, your rep always attaches the trailer to my pick-up, insures the chains and light connections are correct and that all lights are working. This rep didn't care to leave the office other than to look at the chains and wiring to see if it was done correctly. I will not use this facility again.
RANDAL BReservation and check-out was very efficient. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The truck ran great and handled everything well. The only issues I ran into was when trying to make an after-hours return. I tried using the app, but it kept crashing and giving me errors. I ended up leaving the keys in the return box anyway and then calling in the morning to explain the issues with the app. Staff was very understanding and took care of everything. I'd definitely recommend this location.
GUSTAVO GThe young girl in there didn’t want to come out to do an inspection on the truck. When I asked her if she was going to check the miles she had me take a picture because it was too cold and she didn’t want to come outside. She told me to leave everything because she was about to close and seemed to be in a rush.
DORA SMake sure no warning lights will come on and cruise control is functioning. This cost me a day of moving in and 2 motel rooms.

STEVEN MThe app asks for a picture of the interior back of a vehicle after the closed back. Just mildly annoying having to open and then close again when it’s raining and cold. I doubt the app will be changed but what the heck you asked.

ALDO MOne of the back tires on the truck was pretty low, possibly has a slow leak.
TEAL GI came in on a Sunday and needed a U-Haul immediately. Pat was so funny, helpful, and sweet, and nice. I will definitely go to your location on federal Way and Amity and specifically ask for him again. It was a great experience :-) because of him.

I had to wait for someone to show up to get my truck. Disappointed and I felt I was over charged even when I turned the truck in early

ROMERIO CI made a reservation for a location 8 miles from me. That was cancelled last minute so you gave me an option to get a truck over 40 miles from my location. The $50 rebate, if I get it at all, barely covers the mileage charge to and from the new location, much less the fuel costs. This was not a good deal. And that location is creepy as hell. The building and the people that work there.

KRISTIE TNo assistance was offered when dropping off but she was alone in the store and quite young. The location was spacious and easy to navigate unlike a lot of other locations.
AMANDA CPicking up and dropping off vehicles through the app outside of business hours is HORRIBLE. The app requires a number of photos but will only take front camera photos, like you would with a selfie. The app also would not "approve" my scheduled 7am pickup even after multiple attempts so I had to wait in my car for an hour for the store to open before I could take the Uhaul. The app is clunky and horrible. Fix check in, allow the camera to switch out of selfie mode for photos, and the windshield of the truck was dirty enough that I had to clean it before starting my day.

SHARON NThe owner was 20 minutes late in arriving and opening up the store. No apology whatsoever. A disorganized operation. Nice truck. Was not clean when received. Too high of a mileage charge on top of the rental fee. A disappointing experience.
DAVID MWe booked this rental with equipment a week in advance under the premise that we would pick up at one location and drop off at another. When we arrived we were basically told if we didn’t drop off at the same location we couldn’t take the truck. After all of that they did not have the appliance or utility dolly that we rented and were told we could pick one up at a completely different location way out of the way. To top all of that off we were left with 1/8th of a tank of gas and asked to return with at least 1/4 tank. Of our entire moving process this was the biggest headache and should have been one of the easiest pieces in the entire moving process.

Anthony SThe verification process, of needing my employer, passport, etc., should not happen when I’m already at the location to get my equipment. That was a frustrating and confusing process. Most people wouldn’t have a passport with them nor their employers phone number. Plus it was a Sunday, many employers won’t answer. I’ve never had to go through that process before and it was a negative experience that may prevent me from using UHaul in the future.

Steve lI used the truck for 26 hours and got charged $628.58 . When I asked for my money back i was told there are no refunds .NO WHERE ON my contract does it say that I will be charged for the days I didn't use. And it was not mentioned to my husband when he picked it up.very disappointed that they would be ok to do this to a customer.pretty expensive bill. I will remember this and try to let as many people know what to expect from uhaul. The bigger their company the less they care. They got greedy!

Mark BTruck was incredibly dirty and full of blankets when I picked it up. Truck also had multiple places where it was damaged both inside and out. I felt compelled to take multiple photos just to cover myself.
