Customer service was excellent as I've always experienced with U-Haul, however the truck had a few issues. It hadn't been swept out and plus the dolly was already undone from the wall even though we didn't need to use it (they didn't charge us when we returned it though because we explained). The suspension system on the truck was completely shot and it was a very bumpy/uncomfortable long ride!

My the first experience of U Haul was extremely terrible. I've used the pick up car for less an hour but I got the total payment charge with $188 from Federal office. They was insisting that there is scratch on the side mirror in the passenger side that I never touched at all with my best honest. There was no walk around process for car condition check before and after during pick up and return from staff, but they never listened my dispute. And even if that scratch was made by me with mistake, I also pay $10 damage insurance, so it didn't make sense how come $150 can be charged by that small scratch. I would not use U haul and recommend any of my friends about this case so that they can find out other solution instead of U Haul.

i dropped off my truck after after hours so I called and left a voice mail regarding the fuel level. I specifically said that I have a corrected and signed copy of the pickup fuel amount as being 5/8 and did not expect to be charged as I returned the truck with 5/8 of a tank and now see that I have been charged $36 because the truck was returned with 5/8 tank and not 3/4. Also, they couldn't find the tow dolly that I left in the location as directed by the attendant on duty and was later contacted as having not returned the tow dolly. This is a very poor location.

HIGHLY NOT RECOMMENDED!!!!!!!! This is the first time I rented U-Haul at this location and the worst experience I had ever had. I rented the truck on saturday and returned it on same day after 2 hours. Nothing wrong with the truck but they have the worst costumer service. They checked me out fine on that day and after a moth I saw a new transaction on my credit card with extra 100 bucks saying when i damaged their trucks mirror. But in reality when i returned the truck they went out and checked everything and they said i was good to go. So i called them back regarding the extra charge and the guy on the phone literally yelled at me for no reason saying go read the contract and stuff like that. He was not compliant at all even though it was their mistake. Also the copy of contract they emailed me has alot of misleading information saying i returned the truck after 2 day of check out which is straight up wrong info. But they are not ready to accept this.

The 10ft rental was from AZ and it looked like they just got it in. The outside was covered in bugs and windows were not clean and the mat inside the cab was sticky. But the rental was what we needed and our move has been completed.
