The van was a bit dirty from muddy shoes and driving dirt but acceptable. Seemed to need a tune up. The staff at the location was awesome. Kate, I believe her name was.

Rochelle HThe 2 guys that loaded a 26ft truck only filled it halfway and said that's all they could get in it. I have to make another trip to Boise to get the rest of my things even though I was told in a previous inspection that all my things would fit. They also were 3hrs late and then took 5 and a half hours to load a half of the truck instead of filling. In other words they did a VERY poor job of packing the truck. They also didn't tie down properly. These guys worked directly for the UHaul on Federal Way. TERRIBLE JOB.

MONTOYA GMy rental of a 10' truck was great. The truck was clean, ran great and handled very well. I was impressed with the number of vehicles, and options that were available at Two Tails LLC U-Haul. The owner is very nice, knowledgeable, and an authentic human being. If/when I need to rent a truck again, it will certainly be from this location. Go check it out. The store has everything you need for packing and storing items, even if you're not moving. LINDA Hyour company only lets us submit one picture for the cleanliness and unfortunately the picture that was submitted was just the driver side not the rest of the truck which is extremely dirty. And also when I picked up the truck you guys parked the truck very close less then a foot away from a different truck I had to climb like an animal to use your equipment, on top of that the upkeep on the truck was very dirty disgusting least to say, and for you guys to charge me for who ever who was in charge of that uhaul to not do there job correctly, at this point I am ready to go through a different company due to the amount of back and forth with you guys... If anyone can do something about this situation that would be awesome but as of now I had a late night and fought with you app due to mistakes on your guys part.

JEFFREY NWhen I picked up the truck, there was a quarter tank of gas. It wasn’t terrible to fill but it was not a good start to my experience to go fill up.
KEITH TThis placed was closed(doors locked) 20 minutes early when i arrived… sat there for about 10 minutes and finally ran into someone to ask where i could drop the trailer. Guy was super nice and said to drop it pretty much anywhere but asked if i could get it to a specific spot. After everything was said and done i was just about to leave and another guy came out yelling telling me to hook back up to the trailer and put it somewhere else where it belongs. 2 things I recommend, improve your communication throughout your staff and i didn't appreciate the hostility. Not to mention remain open during your posted business hours

SHANNON IRented a 15 foot box truck for one day. The price was reasonable, and the vehicle was ready and clean as promised. It was well stocked with moving blankets and a dolly( extra charge) . The two U-Haul Associates I worked with displayed a very nice and helpful demeanor throughout the process. I will be returning to this U-Haul(Federal Way, Boise) next time I need to rent a small moving truck. The location is close to a major exit off of the interstate.
