It wasn't clear where to leave the vehicle when I returned it after hours. Some signage would be helpful. Or maybe I missed it.

Abhinava KWhen I reserved my truck and trailer they made it seem like everything was set and ready to go. My truck was there but they called the day before and said well sorry we now don’t have any trailers for you. Then they said we will have to send you to Boise (45-60 min away from where we are packing) to pick up a trailer there. Then got a call a few hours later saying another location picked it up and brought it to there store. The whole experience was super unprofessional and made it very very inconvenient to rent. My pick up was at 4:30 in Nampa/caldwell then they said you have to pick up in Boise at 5:30. There was no way to get through Boise traffic in that time. We had to move to pick up to next day. Additionally I had to drive this truck all the way out there. They added “complementary miles” (60 to be precise) to accommodate. But that doesn’t accommodate for gas and time absolutely wasted in travels. If I had 0 flexibility this whole move would have been a disaster. Very very disappointed in this. Understandable if you don’t have equipment but to just say nope you have to do all the work now and go make multiple trips was awful.

TODD PPat & Kate were caring and went above and beyond by giving us a discount on our truck rental. Even moreso, when we discovered an issue with the starting mileage near the end of our trip, they took our word and corrected it, saving us what could have turned out to be over $2,700 above what we should have paid. Many thank you's to them both! The kind of service they provided is rare in this day and age. Thank you so much.

Rochelle HThe 2 guys that loaded a 26ft truck only filled it halfway and said that's all they could get in it. I have to make another trip to Boise to get the rest of my things even though I was told in a previous inspection that all my things would fit. They also were 3hrs late and then took 5 and a half hours to load a half of the truck instead of filling. In other words they did a VERY poor job of packing the truck. They also didn't tie down properly. These guys worked directly for the UHaul on Federal Way. TERRIBLE JOB.

MONTOYA GMy rental of a 10' truck was great. The truck was clean, ran great and handled very well. I was impressed with the number of vehicles, and options that were available at Two Tails LLC U-Haul. The owner is very nice, knowledgeable, and an authentic human being. If/when I need to rent a truck again, it will certainly be from this location. Go check it out. The store has everything you need for packing and storing items, even if you're not moving. LINDA Hyour company only lets us submit one picture for the cleanliness and unfortunately the picture that was submitted was just the driver side not the rest of the truck which is extremely dirty. And also when I picked up the truck you guys parked the truck very close less then a foot away from a different truck I had to climb like an animal to use your equipment, on top of that the upkeep on the truck was very dirty disgusting least to say, and for you guys to charge me for who ever who was in charge of that uhaul to not do there job correctly, at this point I am ready to go through a different company due to the amount of back and forth with you guys... If anyone can do something about this situation that would be awesome but as of now I had a late night and fought with you app due to mistakes on your guys part.
