Don’t take reservations if you are changing the pick up location so far from a customers residence (25 miles), and don’t change the equipment ordered

Two of my three boxes arrived one day late- one box still hasn't even been shipped from PA (I'm now in California) and it will likely be arriving 3 weeks late- including my bed. No call backs from the dealer to inform me of status.

Megan was very helpful and patient. Even though it was pouring rain outside she was out there like a champ showing me and my dad how to hook up the trailer. Boom 123 she was done I was like wow it was that easy. She smiled and said you got this and have a safe trip. I give her 2 thumbs up. Great customer service.

After renting a 15" truck and using movers used 2 months prior they asked we use them so the 20% wouldn't be taken out on top of there pay. Did that due to the job done previously even though a piece of my ardmore was torn off, on top of using them at a so called reduced rate not the reason for using them but on top of that they overcharged me by $25. Then there was damage to the truck brought to uhaul's attention during drop off & paid for the following day, uhaul also collected a cash fee upon arrival of $52.49 for truck and milage & also charged my debit card for same amount then changed next day to $60+ after telling me it was a pending charge that would be returned to my account during each call with Katie. Very deceiving agent working for uhaul Katie or Meagan who knows she lied each time I returned her calls for payments due? Never received a clear answer as to whom I was talking with. I'm a disabled person with a terminal incurable disease weaken by all the stress this entire situation has caused me. Let me note I've been renting a storage compartment since September 17th and with no late payments or respect as an ongoing customer.

The people on location are excellent. However, this is my second attempt at setting a reservation online. The website on both occasions switched times and pickup locations and the on location reps had to fix the situation. Fred Baldwin (215) 943-8014.

I was told by central office that when I would get to the location they would be able to over ride the cost of having to pay for two days of insurance. When I inquired the attended stated that it was package deal and it could not be change. it was very disappointing to have to pay $15 extra for service that was not rendered and or needed. I return the truck on the very same day therefore a second day of insurance was not needed. Also this location indicated where I was to drop the truck off and that it would be open till 7pm. Well it wasn't.

I was disappointed U-Haul moved me to a different location an hour before I was due to rent, but the location was not that much further and it was a beautiful store and worked out great. An A+++ experience!!

U- haul was returned within 2 hrs. Rep was asked if I needed to sign anything or if U- haul needed to be checked and I was told "no". I also never recd an email receipt however the next day I recd a text saying they were unable to reach me and vehicle was never returned. I had ti make 2 calls to office abd was told they did receive the vehicle and was told the office was "probably" busy and didnt have time to contact main office confirming receipt of vehicle. I would strongly suggest contacting the location before sending text that was not accurate.

You have already done it by bringing on Katie the New GM of this location. I am beyond pleased with the level of expertise and compassion that was shown at this location. Moving is very stressful and overwhelming. Katie and Meghan have been super in handling the details and to make my experience Excellent. We all Hate moving and when I arrived Jan 6th I ran into problem after problem with my entire move from GA to here. After Katie arrived things began to get smoother with all the chaos that surrounded me. My last 7 weeks of sleeping in car to finally getting my place. It has been a pleasure working these 2. Last but not least, Vince is also a delight to engage with at this location. I give KUDOS to this Team. Thank You. #1590

Change the reservation system or be more convenient to the customer. Spell exactly what you can do and not do when reserving equipment. People don't like surprises. Place the name of the business with the uhaul location on the internet. It will help alot.

I just feel a lot of the questions they ask and that they need for the paperwork is irrelevant for the rental of the equipment it's just too much that you have to go through just to rent a trailer just a small trailer it just all takes too long and too many questions again that aren't relevant to what the person is trying to do it makes you want to leave !!!!

“Owner” took 20 min to process my reservation I made the day before. This process normally takes about 3 min. As a small business owner, time is money. That lost time cost me dearly as once that timing was ruined for me it created a domino affect. People rely on me to get things right. Plus I have people standing doing nothing that I’m paying due to your delay.

I was a little nervous about using Ubox due to some of the reviews I read about the flimsiness of the containers and the difficulties with delivery. However, everything about my experience was perfect! All of the staff I dealt with were friendly, helpful and professional. The women who delivered and picked up the containers were awesome and communication around delivery times was great! I had no problems with the box despite having some very heavy items to put in it. All of my belongings arrived safely. They provided more pads than I needed. I would definitely use Ubox again!
