1.Customer service 2.Having items at the time of pick up for a reservation. I ordered two furniture Dolly’s was told they only have 1 to lend. Then had to buy a furniture dolly, at a discount rate, because no other location had a furniture dolly. But the fact I had to buy one for the stores lack of stock should not have fallen onto the customer. 3. The truck we used had a check engine light on. Mike than ran a diagnostic and said it was safe to use. When asked what was wrong he said it was fine and he wouldn’t give it to me if there as an issue. The check engine light stayed on the entire trip. 4. I called today to go over my bill because one was never emailed to me to begin with. I was charged $413(which I’m not disputing) as well as a charge for $247.27, that the manager, Mike, said never happened. Which just because you don’t see it on your end does not mean it did not occur. The handling of that interaction was done poorly. No responsibility was taken or apology was offered. Mike did email me the invoices today, thank you for that. Very disappointed because we used your location a couple weeks ago for my sister and had a lovely experience. That was the reason why I made the reservation with Bristol Plaza.

Hire more employees you have one guy running the whole show customer before me had a billing complaint and I waited 45 minutes to rent a truck I almost walked out but needed a truck ASAP upon Return of the truck I was out of there in 10 minutes other than that I have no complaints

Durham road was good. Went to Bensalem and they gave us a truck with a broken wheel that my grandson noticed. My so went under the truck and found a broken part which could have been a deadly accident. Then then had no truck for us to use. Had to drive to another location. They did give me a 50 dollar credit because it was going to be a bigger truck than what I needed. Well I have pictures of the broken part on the wheel that was painted to point out that they knew it needed to be repaired. But they tried to rent it to us anyway and could have killed my son and grandsons. This is a desgrace that they trud to give us thus truck. To be honest I think my rental should have been no cost after this mess this morning. I will be calling the corporate office on Monday and I can give them the pictures. I should call the news station and should them what you tried to give me. I have used u haul before.

I came in it was around 5 pm two workers were standing behind the desk and I said I need to rent a truck the manger was ther. He said we don’t have any truck and they were 3 trucks out there. Then I asked them a ? Who is going to help me you or him? And I asked again who is going to help me to rent my truck you or him? then the manager he answered him . Any way it was a weekend and it looks in his face he was not happy working that day. But I remember before i rent the truck from there the General manager Was very nice and kind.
