Michelle and Sarah were very friendly and knowledgeable. Answered all my questions. It was obvious that they take pride in their job and made me feel I had made the right choice. The entire facility is clean and well maintained. First time user of a storage facility. Good experience.

My catd doesn’t work and your staff knew it. They said it would work “later” after not getting itt to be able fo work when I signed up around 3 on Sunday. I come vs k with a truck filling things around 8 and couldn’t get in! I have extra miles and an extra day with the truck now because if your incompetence. No way I’m being charged for this
