My storage shed door (151) would not stay up! Had to use both a piece of wood and a screw driver to hold the door up. Need to fix the door! Canceling my storage shed is not easy. Don't trust the management with it charging another month but not used for another month. No one is ever in the office! There appears to be someone living in a storage unit but no one seems to check.

To speak with someone you are going to 1-800 UHaul which is not helpful! We have been with UHaul for years - the Florence property has deteriorated - can not read numbers on outside units and the pavement needs to be repaved. It’s a ridiculous amount of money a month and we are so happy to be rid of the unit! Get better customer service with putting staff at the locations!!!!! Also the pod at the entrance of Florence storage is blocking vision of North bound Rt. 130! You should remove before there is an accident!
SCARLETT O | Overall ExperienceUnit is dark, needs more light. The entrance to building is uneven and gapped so the dolly tips forward making items fall off. Theres a huge white box at the entrance/exit obscuring the view to traffic of a busy highway. The feont of my truck was mearly in the lane where tractor trailers were barreling down the busy highway just feet away. Very dangerous. Althought checking in online was convenient, there was nobody available to answer questions etc, office door was locked with handwritten sign on door showing off sight office address.

I called corporate and said they would escalate the situation, but nothing. The only person I would give satisfaction to is Kevin from the Florence location. He was the sweetest and always called me back, but other than that, I won't ever tell anyone to rent from you!

Read a sign in Florence directing us back to Burlington to fill out paperwork then go back to Florence where our unit is!!! Ridiculous!! And the unit has a rat trap in it!! No disclosure of this? Never have we ever seen one of these inside an individual unit.

Also, the cart by the closest door was missing a wheel which (combined with the lack of ramps to get inside) made it very difficult to get the cart from the car to the unit to unload our stuff.

As someone who did not have food in my unit I found multiple dead mice on the glue traps I had bought as the trap in the back of unit wasn't working. A lot of my items were ruined from the excess of mouse feces and urine. Anything cloth was ruined from the mouse urine. I will not recommend this location to anyone I like or dislike.

The only issue I have ( and Kevin couldn’t have known it )is there were mouse droppings all over my contents. So far going through some of the boxes, they didn’t chew but the droppings are on everything. That definitely needs to be fixed somehow.

The only fault I can find is that it’s sometimes tough to get a car inside the unit. The buildings housing the units are a little too close. That’s as much fault as I can find.

He called me to let me know that I hadn’t put the lock on my unit when I took my car out for a ride. He’s always there, super friendly and attentive. The bathrooms are absolutely spotless with plenty of hand towels and soap. The grounds are impeccably maintained. Your things will be safe and secure at Kevin’s place!

It’s nice and all the half late hours however if you don’t have a light in the storage bins your customers are going to be able to go in there at night and most people don’t get off work until five or 6 o’clock at night it’s OK now is the time it’s going to start changing and then we lose all that time. The only reason why I gave you an above average instead of excellent that’s because there are no lights in the storage bin
