The first trailer we hooked up to the tires were bald and we asked for a different trailer. The second trailer the driver side tail light was not working.

There was some confusion with this order. i booked the truck for 12:00 pickup on the 1st. I needed it all day on the 2nd. The bill or the order never disclosed that I must return the vehicle by noon. I required this truck all day on the 2nd and asked the service agent what time your business closed. (7PM) I did paid extra for returning the truck at 6PM. Also the blankets I ordered were not in the truck. I am not complaining it is just that this rental was not as smooth other occasions.

We were unhappy that we didn't get a phone call or text about the location change. We were waiting at Beckworth location at 9am to find out pick up was at Clarke rd. When we booked this location Beckworth we should have been notified it doesn't open til 10am. When checking out at Clarke rd we had excellent service. Thank you

Keep customer advised of time that business is to be open! I reserved for an 8 AM pick up for Boxing Day - arrived at 7 50 AM to pick up rental - NO ONE AT THE LOCATION. An employee arrived around 8 30 and told me that the open hours were changed to 9 AM. An employee did apologize and opened the business for me at around 8 45. NOT GOOD CUSTOMER RELATIONS TO NOT INFORM OF THE CHANGE IN BUSINESS HOURS!! I WAS NOT A HAPPY CUSTOMER! I had arranged for several others to help with the move starting at 8 15.

Excellent experience for my move 4 days before Christmas, was there at 7am to pick up 15 foot truck and Excellent, polite, and very outstanding service from Tory at the customer check in desk. Truck was driven up to the door heater on and ready to go. Great vehicle and clean truck. Returning truck later in the day, same professional and friendly staff to greet me and end the moving experience awesome all round, thank you all at Uhaul.

Appeared to be under staffed @ the counter. Minimum three customers in line all the time I was there. The van didn’t have the unit number on the front side of the vehicle... the online process mentioned it should be located on the front left. I walked around and found the unit number on the back bumper. Just for consistency, it would be great if every vehicle had the unit number on the front and back.

I was charged multiple charges to my credit card even though I paid in cash. I have to call back to Uhaul after the weekend just to sort it out. Will be looking for a refund for these bogus charges.

This location is in east London. The only place in London to rent a trailer. You need a location trailer in the west end.

the wiring on the trailer I borrowed didn't work first trailer no lights second trailer some lights guy tested my truck said it wasn't working when we brought trailer to our shop I cleaned the trailer terminals and the lights all worked . it took me 30 minutes there and 30 minutes at my shop I feel it was expensive when you base that I had to fix your lights . thanks though the trailer was exactly what I needed once it was working

I apologize for not getting a name but the girl that was working Monday December 9th at the front between 3-6 was amazing!! Awesome customer service, she was very friendly and extremely knowledgeable, great job to this location! Keep up the good work !

The trailer was not in safe working order. The first trailer they selected for me had faulty lighting and the second trailer that I actually took did not have working scene lights when it got dark. It was incredibly dangerous for me and I had numerous people stop and warn me that they could not see the trailer in the dark. The staff tried to do a great job but the equipment that they renting out was not safe.

This location was great but I was scheduled to pick it up from 1161 Hamilton Rd in London and the owner was not there so I had to wait an hour while you figured out that I then had to go to Clarke Rd so I had to pay the people helping me an hour wages while we waited for a truck. Your operator said I would be getting a $50 refund?

I paid $20 to enter the building after hours. Multiple times I came and they had locked my unit even though I had paid. I had paid people to bring my stuff and couldn’t get in my unit with my stuff.

I did not have a good experience at all. First off I felt I didn't need insurance on my unit because it was indoors but to my surprise water damaged my box spring and mattress in March still waiting
