It consistently felt like uHaul was trying to trick us into paying for something additional we didn't need or want by accidentally clicking the wrong button. The UI bordered on malpractice it was so misleading. Shame because the actual van and moving experience were great.THOMASR C.

I only used the truck for 3 hours but it did take approximately 15 mins to receive truck. But my time was shortened by that amount on receipt. I'm picking on a small thing but if I needed it for the whole 24 hours. I would've been upset if I was charged for being late. Just my opinionSCOTT B.
The staff and everyone was very helpful and knowledgable. My only concern is just the actual time to book. I booked by phone as I had a question. I was on hold for quite a bit. Once I went to pick up the trailer, the staff were very helpful but the wait was very long. I had to make a second trip back in to purchase an additional hook up the trailer and was another long wait in line. Again, I can't say enough positive things about the staff, they were very helpful, store was clean. When I dropped off the trailer there was a problem with the check in website....it wouldn't confirm my location. It kept giving me an error on your website. Was frustrating to be at the end of a drop off and it wasn't working. Eventually it did work after about 10 minutes of trying. Overall the experience was fine just the time was a delay for entire process. I would recommend uhaul and will use in the future.ROBERT Z.
I did receive a call from a representative at the location asking if i had dropped the equipment back off and I stated that I had returned it the same night at midnight like I had stated when I rented the TOW DOLLY. I was never contacted to be told the uhaul we rented would not be at the location we chose so we drove over 20 minutes to the location we chose near our moving location to be sent back the 20 minutes back. We did not get the correct truck. We were supposed to have a 26 foot truck and in error they only had a 10 foot truck. We got charge more for kms from the wrong location. No discount. Truck was fine but we had to make 7 trips as we were moving a family of 5 and were given a one room truck. Also as we were already behind because of the wrong location when we arrived there was 10 people ahead of us in line. 3 if the 10 were very upset as well with their situation. Not the best service. We wouldn't have used all of the kms if we picked it up at the correct location and had the correct truck.RONNIE L.

I picked up my dolly on a sunday morning, I arrived at 9am when the store opened. I was not able to get my dolly or get into the store for at least 35 minutes, waiting outside in the cold. Only 2 of the wickets in the store were open, staff did not appear prepared for the amount of people waiting in the lineup. Once I finally got inside, staff on duty did not appear to take things serious and were moving rather slow. Its not acceptable to have people waiting outside in the cold. What are you going to do when the hot temperatures arrive.James S.
Fix your website, it failed at every point of my reservation. It allowed me to reserve for 10am for a truck and location that were apparently not available. I was then failed to be notified in a timely manner, I was running on the assumption my move was occuring at 10am for nearly a week before I was notified I wouldn't be getting it until 6:45pm at a different location. Had to reschedule the moving help because of that. Then mobile check in failed so I had to wait in line. Then because I got it so late I had to return it after the location was closed and it failed to check in my truck twice because it failed to refund MY money back to MY original payment method. I was then forced to select a "separate payment method" in order to avoid you trying to charge me with the $20 "convenience" fee to have one of your representatives check it in. Your website then told me I would be contacted to discuss a payment method for the refund to be sent through within 48 hours. 43 hours later I get an email saying a check for an amount lower than what I was owed was being sent to the house I just moved out of in 4-6 weeks. Everything to do with your website has been a negative experience to the point where I'm expecting this review to fail at some point on me too. I will not be recommending U-haul to anyone but my worst enemies from this point forward. Thank you for taking my money and not giving a damnSebastian D.
All the representatives I dealt with were very helpful! I don't recall the names of who I dealt with at the counter and who unloaded the trailer off my vehicle, but they were both very helpful. I believe it was Isaac who loading the trailer on my vehicle was very good! Just give everyone a big thanks, it was super busy but the front desk and everyone else was working hard to keep things moving.Jeffrey M.
The truck was clean, however, not ready on time ( over an hour to get my keys) and when I finally did, there wasn't any of the rental equipment in the back that I ordered. I had to flag someone down in the yard to get me blankets and dollies. There wasn't a furniture dolly available even though I had pre-booked 2 months in advance. Very disappointing. The employees were pleasant I do have to say, even though the over all experience was horrible.Keith A.
