MUJEEB BJust to note Originally we have booked rental for the 26' truck thru the Dundas st and Mavis rd location a month in advanced at U-Haul office at the Mississauga flee market plaza we also did confirmation in person to make sure everything was a go which we were assured it was a day before we were supposed to get the truck we were sent half hour up the road to the Edvac Dr location. It wasn't because they didn't have the truck at Mississauga location it was because the she that runs the office was to lazy to be on the case of the plaza owner to make sure they have access to their rental trucks that were blocked in by the snow piles what way to run a dependable reliable business .
Akos SThe manager was quite rude. We had rented the vehicle for 7am and we went to pick it up and customer service said that it wasn’t ready and to go back when it opened at 9 and we would be compensated for that. I went back at 9 and brought this concern up with the manager at the location and he said it’s not his problem it’s not a mobile pickup location so he will not be compensating anything. Then it took a while to set up the truck to my account so i didn’t get out of there till after 9:30. Customer service should have been a lot better. He didn’t tell me anything about the gas details either.
SELENA KHe is a fraud, I dropped the u haul last night. Today morning i received the receipt of $214 , which is supposed to be around $47. Please help me

Milind PI was charged extra miles than what I actually drove uhaul. I checked the receipt afterwards and found they charged me more miles than the odometer on my truck when i returned it which is not fair otherwise everything was good.

Bozhidar DI was charged for not filling my tank to 3/4 full when the truck was given to me with only a 1/4 tank and I filled to 1/2. I was also charged for mileage (30kms) when I was told mileage was included up to 100kms. The place is a dump and the guy running the place is obviously shady. Would never rent from this location again and perhaps never rent a U-Haul period after this experience.

Sarabjeet SI wanted to inform you that I have successfully dropped off the key for the rental vehicle. Additionally, I contacted your customer care team, and they confirmed that everything is in order after I shared a picture of the dashboard showing the fuel level and mileage. He mentioned that I don’t have to worried for anything. The gas station is just 1 min away from the drop off location. If the agent would have informed me about the fuel then definitely I would have went to gas station and fill the gas tank. Charging $72 is not worthy. I am disheartened and disappointed with this service. I request you to refund this time as I called at the time of dropping off the keys.

Lovedeep sThe radio on the truck wouldn't turn off. It was loud and on the entire time. It was broken so we couldn't turn it off. The entire time the radio was on loud and we couldn't take any calls.
simeran BCustomer service was not good. There was snow all over the truck and we need to clear that by ourself. The agent did not even came outside for truck inspection. Will not use this location in future.
Rajinder SVehicles should be cleaned. The vehicle I took was filthy. The inside of the location was also disappointing. If I wasn’t in a rush, I would not have taken the vehicle.
Tasha JI updated the reservation a few days ago to remove safemove, they still charged me the money. I filled the gas up to 3/8 but they still charged me extra for gas. They changed my reservation an hour before the pickup time, I booked it two weeks in advance and they didn’t have the decency to call and change the reservation at least a day before. The guy at the counter was extremely racist. When I called to ask the extra charges, he was extremely rude.
Kuljeet KThe instructions on the app indicated that I should enter the location and retrieve the key during pickup, however, the location was locked and someone had to go in and get the key for me. Not sure what would have happened if there was no one there to support.

bhagwant Twhile check out i selected gas/oil level value wrong and got charged. In fact i filled gas and it was slightly above as compare to when i picked up the truck, there was a picture attached and person who did inspection next morning could have seen the gauge value and made correction and refund the amount charged but no one did the due diligence.

Ranjeet SUnprofessional staff., without asking they took extra Money, like insurance. In my knowledge it is always optional, wtr we need to opt insurance. Gentle man in the counter he clicked Him self...oops sorry, even there is no computer system. Old chap did everything in his phone.. So my experience was very poor.

Renato PThe merchant dealer added CWD without my consent, authorisation or any information beforehand about it. After all this, I have concluded that getting a U-HAUL was not a fair deal. It's good that your customers are informed beforehand about hidden charges, if any. My major concern here becomes that I had made sure I haven't selected the CWD while making the online booking. Upon asking the merchant dealer he refused adding the CWD, on the other hand, the customer care confirmed the merchant dealer adding the CWD. It would be good that the company and it's employees are on the same page when it comes to sharing information.
