I rented U-Haul so many times and always had a good experience but not from this 27 Edvac Dr, Brampton location. He charged me for a service I never asked for, overcharged me, and was unfriendly and rude. Vehicle was very dirty. I wouldn't go to this location again. Please don't go to 27 Edvac location, you will regret later. The man we dealt with was an older, white male, heavy set with a grey beard. I wish U-Haul would talk to this man, he's very unprofessional and has so many bad reviews.Baljit H.

The front tire pressure was too low. 32 psi instead of required 55psi. The dashboard was showing a warning of low tire pressure. When I called the location I was told that I have to fix this myself. I ended up going to the gas station before starting my move. That cost me extra 4 kms and I had to pay for the air too.Yadwinder G.

Wanted to change drop off location but the person who attended me said it can't be done but by checking online this service was available. Another thing is the price, it started with 19,99 but I end up paying 140 for 12 hours use which in my opinion is insane.Galo G.

There should be a grace amount for gas. I have pictures of when i took vehicle and gas amount as well as pics of when i returned vehicle and gas meter. To be charged $14.75 for gas that would take less than $5 to move the needle a millimeter back is criminal. Can someone contact my son to dispute this? had a deal with natasha she requested to have the truck back from london to brampton at no extra cost and additional $100 off as they needed the truck back only at there location. i took the deal and but wasted my two hours and fuel/kms to bring the truck back to brampton because later when i returned the truck they refused that didn't have any deal like that. i tried to give them a favor but they are huge scammers. that is not even the end, they even charged me extra $70 on top of $500 for leaving only 2 water bottles in truck as clean up charges. I have a wonderful, friendly experience at this location than the last time I picked up at different locations. I returned the trunk. I got my CLEAR invoice right away. Your customer service is the worst. I initially booked to pick up on the 25th however bcz the location was closed they offered me to pick it up on the 24th which nice, but, they told me to pick it up at 11 at a location in Mississauga, the lady I spoke to, I told her to change it to 2pm bcz I will be working at 11 which she said it's fine. I went to the location at 2 pm and I could pick up the truck. I called uhaul customer service and they are the worst people I've ever talked to. I explained to one of them and pretended like the are going to help me and they put me back in the queue so that an agent will pick it up without even informing me and all 3 of them did the same thing. I decided to call for a last chance and I was lucky to get help from this nice lady, but they told me to go back to Brampton and mind you I was paying Uber back and forth from Brampton to Mississauga and Mississauga to Brampton. I would never recommend anyone your service. Please improve your customer service. If you think that I am lying, you can go back and listen to my calls, I'm sure you record them.Samuel R.

Not this locations fault, but I was run around last minute the get a van across the whole GTA You think your booking a rental? GOODLUCK there is 0 guarantee apparently Really sad system that Uhaul actually provides It's all 3rd party dispatch places, and so when one screws up no one takes any responsibility I was lucky to get $50 credited for shit service but over all I'm looking into creating a competitive brand locally that does everything better then UahulIVAN B.
