9pm pick was not honoured and your $50 guarantee didn’t happen! Next morning 8:30am which was scheduled by your telephone operator wasn’t honoured as well. They finally provided the truck after 9:00am! So, I waited for more than 12 hours!

How U-Haul Reviews WorkYou guys moved my truck from Bolton to this location even though I had booked this a month ago. Not only did you force me to now drive an extra hour but you didn’t even tell the store owner that the truck was there ? I had to stand there and wait for almost two hours for the keys. To top it all off I was on hold with u haul for an hour and finally after the 5th person I was able to get some reimbursement. I don’t think I can ever go with you guys again this was just absolutely a mess and I’m genuinely disappointed. I hope this can be corrected in the future.

saurav gvehicle pickup timeline should be clearly mentioned during reservation. if customer is late from picking up within reserved time, for how long the truck can be reserved, before handing over to walk-in customer.
UMAIR APlease be more considerate when assigning pickup locations. In my case, the pickup location was expected to be about 5 minutes from my home, but I was assigned a location approximately 40 minutes away and 35 km from home. This meant I had to arrange a cab/ride to get there, resulting in roughly 70 km of additional travel just to pick up the truck. It was time-consuming, required me to start much earlier than planned, and made an already long moving day more difficult. There was also no compensation for the additional travel or inconvenience. Assigning a pickup location closer to the customer’s selected location, or providing some form of compensation when the location is significantly farther away, would greatly improve the experience.
