Please be more considerate when assigning pickup locations. In my case, the pickup location was expected to be about 5 minutes from my home, but I was assigned a location approximately 40 minutes away and 35 km from home. This meant I had to arrange a cab/ride to get there, resulting in roughly 70 km of additional travel just to pick up the truck. It was time-consuming, required me to start much earlier than planned, and made an already long moving day more difficult. There was also no compensation for the additional travel or inconvenience. Assigning a pickup location closer to the customer’s selected location, or providing some form of compensation when the location is significantly farther away, would greatly improve the experience.
