The Clerk was fantastic
COLBERT HThe original place I ordered it in Lombard, said I could pick it up there.. The day of pickup, they informed me I had to drive to Elmhurst to ge the truck. Elmhurst was great but Lombard and the u-haul process was misleading. THE STEERING WHEEL WAS SLIPPERY!!! DO NOT USE ARMOUR ALL ON THE STEERING WHEEL!! DANGEROUS.

CAROL GCannot be reached by phone and don't return calls when you leave a message. Equipment was clean but didn't seemed to be prechecked for a trip as it had no windshield wash which I didn't check before I left. I had to crack ice to open the rollup door to check the truck before I left to make sure they worked and to put the shipping blankets in the back. Not a great experience.
PATRICK OLocation was very inviting! Clean, well maintained, and festive! Pleasant holiday ascent and decor made this place stand out from others in the area. Service was excellent! Efficient and friendly!

GERARD RI have dropped off U-Haul truck after hour clean, gas filled up, parked the right way and I have charged $20 return fee for after hours.
SAERIYAR BI had some issues with accessingmy account thru the on line app. customer service was great but had to transfer me to a different department to resolve. Wait time was really long and after waiting the call just hung up on me. I dealt with everything with the on site representative and he was great at helping me. issue is still unresolved with my account. I'll fix it later.

Scott LI reserved a vehicle from the Westmont location. It was changed to the Elmhurst loc. Not huge, but did entail a few extra miles. Either get a vehicle to Westmont or tell me up front, at the time of reservation, that my preferred location does not have a vehicle available.
Tom BChecking in via the app was a challenge it took about 45 minutes to complete the process of picking up the truck. The person who worked with me in person had this be the most wonderful experiences. I will definately use their service again.

GARY VThe van was not very clean in the back, it was wet on the floor, so I was glad I ordered the blankets. Also, the app to return the van after hours did not work. It kept giving me a message that it couldn't find my location. The people at the location where I picked up the van were very friendly.

Mary WThoroughly maintained vehicles are expected when renting a truck. The driver’s side door wouldn’t close all of the way without great effort. The check engine light was on, the vehicle felt like there was a problem with the transmission, it was filthy in the cab on the dash area, and the cargo area had broken debris and rocks in it. It was terrible and I will not rent from this location again.

Mark DThe bed of the cargo van was filthy and not cleaned. I had to use my own broom to sweep it out. The passenger seat seemed to have remnants of cat or dog hair.

Neal RI like going to this location. Rob made every effort he could being the only person there. The location is convenient and the facility is clean. The only comment I'd like to share is, when I rent trucks from this location, the fuel level will vary. I just wish they were filled when you rent them. But it's not possible with only one person on-site. Plus, the windows on the trucks could be a little cleaner. I try to bring the vehicles back cleaner than I pick them up as a courtesy. Keep up the good work!

HEATHER BThe front desk person had a very bad attitude. She had a lot of nonverbal cues indicated that she was frustrated at the customer. Additionally, she closes the stores during operating hours frequently.
