We rented this truck for two days . Upon receiving the final invoice and receipt, I saw I was charged for 3 days. I tried calling UHAUL customer service 3 days in a row and was on hold for over ten minutes each time. Then I emailed customer service and never heard a response . Still waiting on my refund of $91.00. Someone please contact me.

I requested to have a drop off location on Fullerton Avenue near my apartment and the Fullerton Avenue incorrect location was put in for drop off. Normally this wouldn't have been much of an issue, but I had to drive an extra 3 miles in downtown traffic when this could have been avoided if I was asked which Fullerton location I would like. I was charged a small fee for mileage over 30 miles which was so minimal it didn't matter, but it was the principle of things that bothered me a little bit

Picking up with the 24/7 pick up was EXTREMELY FRUSTRATING. It took us several hours to figure things out. The app did not work, we could not get a hold of a person!

This review is to the pick up location. A protocol needs to be in place for scheduled pickups at the U STOR IT Elmhurst location. Office was closed for an hour 1230-130pm during the scheduled pickup. Scheduled pick up was for 1230pm. No communication to the customer indicating the office would be closed. Upon return at the indicated time at 130pm, the return time was extended to 2pm. Again no communication to the customer. Upon speaking with the assistant manager, service recovery was very poor. Did not have any knowledge of scheduled pickup, “I periodically look at the board and I didn’t see anything scheduled”. However, the Truck was ordered 1 week prior, so there should’ve been notification well in advanced. Ref# 23616366 Overall, she did not perform to manage the situation- customer experienced and charged for a 2 hour delay in moving costs. Would not recommend based on this experience. When I called U-Haul directly, the representative did everything his his power to remediate the situation., but was still limited as there is some collaboration with the affiliate location. Would recommend providing guidance and training to these non-U-Haul locations. Based on experience, this will decrease reliability of services and again would not recommend.

Nothing to improve. Truck was almost brand new. It drove very smoothly, and all my stuff stayed in place while driving to my storage space. Very quick rental process, no hassles or high pressure up-charging. Return process was literally a few seconds, hand off the keys and request an email receipt! I will rent here again, when I buy a new home in about a month. This location is very easy to get safely in and out of, and there is a stoplight to make easy entry back on the main highway.

I don't recall the address being on the confirmation email and I went to the wrong location at first.

Improve the check out online. Browser glitches when one step left. But there was no way to return to the screen that glitched. Had to call the number. They couldn’t help. Then had to wait for the shop to open to go in and ask the question. And the answer was I was done. So a waste of time. And all could have been avoided if the webpage took glitches or mistakes into account so you could go back a step. Thanks.
