It was raining and the truck was leaking. We plugged it with garbage bags but my mattress got all wet. We couldn’t put anything on the ground that wasn’t solid.

I would suggest the workers know how to actually use the vehicles as there were unable to show me how to do simple things like adjust the steering wheel which I had to Google the manual to find out myself.

Nilay SWe had to wait awhile to be let in. No apology. Also the time we started the check in time should have been written as a later time than what was recorded.
Curt SIf anything just maybe wipe downs/vacuum if needed in between renters. But I bring my own wipes to clean when I rent a vehicle. This is not my first rental. This facility has always provided wonderful service. I had Robert today who was great. He greeted me with a warm welcome and smile. Thanks so much for helping me when I needed it.
