We had to wait awhile to be let in. No apology. Also the time we started the check in time should have been written as a later time than what was recorded.
Curt SIf anything just maybe wipe downs/vacuum if needed in between renters. But I bring my own wipes to clean when I rent a vehicle. This is not my first rental. This facility has always provided wonderful service. I had Robert today who was great. He greeted me with a warm welcome and smile. Thanks so much for helping me when I needed it. The van rental made the urgent move we had today so much better. Sincerely,

Todd LApp did not function smoothly during pick up process. While waiting for identity verification the app became unresponsive and just displayed a white screen. I had to start app over. No verification phone calls were made to my contacts but the pick up was approved. Nothing on app provided a message of successful check in
