GARY VThe van was not very clean in the back, it was wet on the floor, so I was glad I ordered the blankets. Also, the app to return the van after hours did not work. It kept giving me a message that it couldn't find my location. The people at the location where I picked up the van were very friendly.

Mary WThoroughly maintained vehicles are expected when renting a truck. The driver’s side door wouldn’t close all of the way without great effort. The check engine light was on, the vehicle felt like there was a problem with the transmission, it was filthy in the cab on the dash area, and the cargo area had broken debris and rocks in it. It was terrible and I will not rent from this location again.

Mark DThe bed of the cargo van was filthy and not cleaned. I had to use my own broom to sweep it out. The passenger seat seemed to have remnants of cat or dog hair.

Neal RI like going to this location. Rob made every effort he could being the only person there. The location is convenient and the facility is clean. The only comment I'd like to share is, when I rent trucks from this location, the fuel level will vary. I just wish they were filled when you rent them. But it's not possible with only one person on-site. Plus, the windows on the trucks could be a little cleaner. I try to bring the vehicles back cleaner than I pick them up as a courtesy. Keep up the good work!

Keith SVery tight parking area. Tight turns. Not the best set up for a Large Truck to be picking up a trailer in. Glad the gal working there helped us hook the trailer up. We had to back out onto the street to get out of the * parking area*. Next time put the trailer inside the gated lot so there is ** maybe ** room to hook up & can turn around to get back onto street.
