That truck was obviously "well worn" and the interior of the cab was not clean. I don't care it was a very short move but I wouldn't recommend that truck for a long haul!

Truck itself made a lot of noises while driving and would shake horribly when nearing 60mph. Didn’t feel safe to drive on the highway. Steering wheel was soft as were the brakes.

was a little difficult to park to return (not a lot of space)-friendly staff considering it was a busy day! Would definitely recommend.

I remotely checked in my phone through the app on a day this location was closed. I called to verify everything was in order the next morning and the man that helped me was extremely kind and helpful. I will definitely rent from this location in the future.

The check In was a long process. This wa the first check in for the employee. The check In app didn't work well on his phone. Uhaul should have a question about the equipment. The truck was hard to drive due to the extra play in the wheel. The steering should be checked.

The mobile check in was too long and not convenient like I expected. I understood the reason why due to the legal and compliance factors but felt it would've been much easier if in just checked in at the counter and saved me some time because I had to take pictures and do everything myself in the rain while attempting to meet the deadline.

The receptionist is unprofessional, rebounding and is hateful from the day I went she came out well rebounding. Today they called me on 12/3/18 to tell me where the truck is and I left it where they told me to park it and put the keys where it is. it goes and now it turns out that nothing comes out, I go and I demand that they see the cameras and that they say that they do not have cameras there ... Mmm, that's very strange. I am 100% sure that I will deliver. with my husband and daughters

Business owner was somewhat rude in her tone when we pulled in and parked. There was no signage to indicate where customers should park the UHaul and she was annoyed with where we parked the UHaul. On a positive note I left my walking device in the uhaul and she called us to let us know we had left personnel belonging in the UHaul

I used self pick up and wound up having issues with the website. It kept telling me to submit a more recent photo when I was trying to upload the fuel and mileage photos. I ended up having to call customer service and that was not a good experience at all. She basically told me there was nothing she could do about the website, but everything "seemed fine in her system and I was fine to take the vehicle." It just wasn't a good experience. The self pick up ended up taking me over 20 minutes because of the website issue. I then couldn't do the self return since the self pick up never fully completed in my phone. I took pictures and emailed U-Haul to make sure the return would be processed. I ended up being charged $8.50 for gas even though I drove EXACTLY 10 MILES. The first time I used self pick up, the U-Haul worker put the key on the wrong vehicle so that wound up being a really long and aggravating experience in 100 degree weather. The idea of self pick up is really great in theory, but both times my experience with it has been horrible.
