"I was rerouted to this location, which required a $50 Uber ride. Upon arrival, I explained the situation to the staff, only to be told, 'It's not our problem, it's U-Haul's.' To make matters worse, your system was down, forcing me to wait over an hour to be checked out, causing further loss of time and money. As a frequent commercial customer who regularly rents from your company, I expect a much higher standard of service and would like to be contacted by a regional manager to resolve this issue."
Owen HThe box truck inside was filthy and had some sort of liquid spilt inside of it. The truck should’ve been cleaned before it was rented to me.

Samuel BI had a few issues with this uhaul experience the first is that I was given a 15ft uhaul truck instead of the 20ft uhaul that I paid for. This caused me to have to take extra trips to complete my move and increasing the total cost of my trip. The second issue is that I received the truck with less than 1/8th of a tank of gas in it. i had to go fill the tank before I even started moving. In the future providing the correct truck and making sure it has enough gas to get me started would help tremendously.
