I think you have a good staff I don't think they need to really work on anything I had a great experience with them

Recognized the workers from when my mother and grandma had storage units there, very nice people. The van was more than ready to go, and I certainly appreciate it!
Daniel H"I was rerouted to this location, which required a $50 Uber ride. Upon arrival, I explained the situation to the staff, only to be told, 'It's not our problem, it's U-Haul's.' To make matters worse, your system was down, forcing me to wait over an hour to be checked out, causing further loss of time and money. As a frequent commercial customer who regularly rents from your company, I expect a much higher standard of service and would like to be contacted by a regional manager to resolve this issue."
Owen HThe box truck inside was filthy and had some sort of liquid spilt inside of it. The truck should’ve been cleaned before it was rented to me.
