Reservation was for 8:30 but office didn’t open until 9 and they only manage the storage facility (not a uhaul facility) we never received info about codes to use to get into the truck and it was blocked by another truck anyways / wont go back unfortunately

SHIRLEY WThe ramp and the whole back was very dirty with loose dirt and a lot of our stuff got dirty before we noticed it and cleaned it off with a broom and blower. Additionally they did not have any of the dollies that we had ordered. The staff was kind though

This location because it was privately owned did not have any additional equipment on standby such as a, seven dollar for me to grab at the last minute

STEPHEN KThe initial pick up location said because we were 30 minutes late the truck was no longer there and sent us to this location which had the correct truck size ut none of the other items requested (blankets, dolly, etc). Those items were removed from the bill but made the move more difficult. Our contact at this location was understanding and nice and tried to help us. No issues with the vehicle though it only had 1/4 tank so we had to get gas soon after picking it up.
ASHLEY EMy issue is the fuel was below 1/4 not 1/2. I only went 24 miles and was charged for 7 gallons. I normally put gas back in, but it was late, and I was tired and soaking wet. I don't mind being charged for 2 1/2 gallons but 7 is crazy.
JERRY MDesk attendant didn’t know a lot about questions I had IE what was TOW button for. I later figured out it didn’t need to be activated when truck was empty. Made driving much easier. Not to be sexist but I’m a senior female who isn’t schooled in trucks. The attendant called her husband who said it staid on all the time.

John HExcellent customer service! There was a line of 3-4 customers when I arrived to p/u the van. They kept the line moving, were friendly & helpful. Unbeknownst to me, the person helping with me move my daughter, had put the apartment keys on the dash in the truck. I live 3 hours away & had to get back home, so I left my paperwork with my daughter. She showed them the contract, they let her go to the truck & located the apartment keys! Thank you!!!

Peter KThey sold me a cheap lock that was too small to use to lock the truck. They lacked any other supplies. My reservation was for 8:00, they opened at 9:00. They were pleasant and polite.

Michael SVehicle was fairly new and clean. Check in and out was seamless and quick.
Mark DThe truck was an older truck. It didn’t have automatic locks, windows or doors which was a bit challenging. The facility didn’t have a working bathroom at the time of rental or return. Other than that customer service was great.
Khema WThe absolute worse experience ever. Coming from West Palm I originally booked a UHaul in Wellington Florida around 930am for $600. I asked a UHaul rep if they had another UHaul in Fort Lauderdale, which is where I was picking up furniture). Rep replied YES and gave me the address to pickup the truck. I get to Fort Lauderdale, call my point of contact only to be told that invldividual had an emergency and they had another UHaul available 10 miles away. The rep from the new location called and said the UHaul needed to be cleaned and should be ready by 1pm. I expressed that I was pressed for time and to ensure the truck was ready by 1pm. I arrived to get the truck to only find out the truck isn’t ready. I called UHaul again to try and find me a truck. Finally was able to get a truck at 4pm. Worse experience ever!
ontario bI have no problem with the pick-up location, the attendant there was friendly and very helpful. However, U-Haul's web site and reservation system are a disaster; they were very confusing and error-prone for both me and the attendant.

Mailaya OLocation and staff was fine. I added a dolly to my reservation but was disappointed to find out they had none in stock when I picked my truck up. It cost me $90 to buy one myself so I wish there was notice or some sort of accommodation to have a different location ready with another.

Mark STruck needs to be serviced but it ran fine. The truck was not as clean as it should have been but was clean enough.
KELLYBRANT CThe office was smoky - my husband is allergic so I had to do the process. The gentleman who helped us was nice however the truck wasn't clean, especially the inside cab, and only had a half a tank of fuel. We were instructed to bring it back at the same level, which we did, and we were charged two gallons of gas. I don't know if it's because we exceeded the 100 miles by 20 that we thought we'd use or what. Mainly, stepping into an office that wreaks of smoke, especially when you are serving the public is a real mistake in my opinion.
Robert HEverything was ok, but they have charged my credit card 4 times so now something else I have to deal with last time I rented from this location is went more smoothly. I got there he said I had to get the insurance and the 100 miles no problem. They charged me 107 for a 4 hour van rental now they have charged my card 2 more times for 57.

John HThis was my first Reservation with U-Haul and it did not go well. Arrived at location on St. Johns Bluff in Jax,Fl . Someone there changed my order and I was given the wrong truck size which resulted in me making 4 trips to my destination instead of 2, accumulated more mileage than necessary, and needing the truck for an extra day which I didn't want to do but had no choice . I was told that truck needed to be returned back with 1/4 tank of gas, I returned with over a 1/2 tank and still was charged $75 for gas. This experience was an overcharged nightmare in which I seeking a refund. Thanks to Najah Saddiq for her patience and great customer service, she put in request of review for refund as well as walking me through the truck return process. I'm waiting for the review manager to give me a call.......
