david pUnfortunately I am not happy with my interaction with U-haul. first when I reserved a truck I was relocated to different location without any notice , I was not informed that size I requested was not available, so I was rebook for less desirable location. when I return my rental , there was an issues with a level of gas , I have to be charged extra , even though I fuel my track, I never pay attention to fuel level at the pick up , lesson learn don't trust anyone. Hopefully don't have to rent a truck again . Thank you .

RoseMarie VIn my opinion, the process of picking up the truck through the phone took a long time. It seemed we lost like 15 minutes waiting for the whole process to complete. Overall it was a good experience, but maybe cut out part of the process. Thanks!
