There was a kiosk to return the vehicle to. No one was at the U Stuff It location to help me when I couldn't download the Uhaul app on my phone to return the vehicle. I will always make sure a return location has personnel to handle issues like this.

Anthony was Kind Considerate and very helpful and allowed us to stay at his location even though U Haul wanted us to switch locations which we never received the text asking us to do so. He even helped us with the app and the checkout process. Great nice guy.

He was legit, driving the U-Haul company truck and in uniform. I was very thankful for his help as well as the guy on the phone. It was a good experience all around. Thanks U-Haul!

Curtis SThe location does not have any personnel. It was a 24/7 drop off with a key drop. Truck was parked along the side of the road which had a lot of trash and weeds. It was an average experience.
