Came to office on Easter to get some help, no one responded to buzzer, called corporate to confirm they were supposed to be open, corporate called them and suddenly someone was available and came out. Couple of days later, called to set up self-delivery, told them I needed Ubox on a trailer and that I would pull it with a UHaul truck as I had nothing to pull it with. Showed up the next day and found that no truck had been reserved, and that the location had no trucks. That was after a half hour city bus ride there. Was told a truck was available at another UHaul location but they could not help me get it or help me het there, and no bus between the two locations, so had to spend money Ubering over there. So much for getting it done during my lunch hour and not having to miss work at my new job.
ERIC SI requested information on credit back since I had my units delivered just as a new month was charged, I was told I would receive a call back with the information and have not gotten one. The delivery persons were fantastic.
Therese JI would never recommend doing the app. I had so much problems. The gentleman that was working there came out to help me. Something was wrong with the entire reservation. The gentleman that was working on Sunday was very kind. But the overall experience of picking up a 24 hour And using the app, I will never do again. It took me over an hour and a half to get my truck that is not OK.
ANGELA MEveryone here is great! They are friendly and helpful. The U box arrived just when they said it would and was picked up on time as well. Keep up the good work!!

DEBORAH CU-Haul did an outstanding job w/my move - I can't thank them enough. Everything from the quoting process, U-Box delivery, storage understanding, U-Box transportation, and U-Box drop-off/pick-up was stellar. There was never a time I was concerned about my cross-country move and would certainly recommend U-Haul U-Boxes for any move whether next door or cross-nation. (Very) nicely done! Greg

Yang XThere appears to be many problems and inconsistencies when dealing with Uhaul. I've wasted much time being told different things from many different Uhaul reps whenever I've needed to call and ask for basic info. Also, workers in the store are rarely, if ever, available to answer the phone. So again you're transferred to all sorts of different Uhaul reps, and many either don't know the answers or tell me things that conflict with what the last person said. It's a big time-wasting mess, and has been very needlessly frustrating, although I've been polite and patient with everybody.
Jeremy WThere was a lack of communication from beginning to end which was frustrating. The in store associate and I agreed on the last day of access to the box, delivery date and delivery location yet when I called for an update there was no record of it and customer service said it was because I never scheduled it. She scheduled the delivery and I confirmed with her the location near me. Once I am notified that the box has been delivered, I scheduled access and it's not there! Come to find out it at a different location 20 minutes away! I have 2 other locations within 10 minutes from me. The next time I needed to access the box I scheduled like required and guess what?, it's at a completely different location that's even further! I think it's fair to say that my experience wasn't good but at least my belongings arrived without any damage and most of the staff was friendly they just need to communicate and not assume first time customers know how their business is ran.

Tamra Ifirst day in unit was locked in gate for close to 2 hours. called service number 4 times, first 3 people didn’t care and just kept transferring me to a number no one answered. finally got someone on 4th call who actually cared and stayed on the line with me until she got me help. thank you. entrance to back yard has an enormous hole and 6+ inch drop and would fill up with water and was an enormous hassle. i was told when i rented unit i would have 24x7 access and this was not true.
